L'hôte était très agréable et à disposition en cas de besoin, le petit dejeuner était très bon et la chambre était nickel. Le tout pour un rapport qualité prix excellent
Un petit moins pour l'insonorité du sol qui craque un peu et pour le lit double qui est séparé en deux matelas, c'est toujours moins pratique mais il restait très confortable.

Nothing.
Gedurende onze 3u durende reis merkten wij dat we wat later zouden komen, geschatte tijd 18:00. We reizen met 2 kleine kinderen, we hadden file, we wilden even de kinderen uit de auto laten door een kerstmarktje te bezoeken in Eupen. Om 12:00 een berichtje daarover gestuurd. Hun antwoord bleek later (dat lezen we niet tijdens auto rijden) dat dat voor hun “onmogelijk” was. Wij waren daarom volgens hen te laat, we kregen de sleutel niet en we zijn ons geld kwijt. De host schreeuwde letterlijk door de telefoon aan mij en later zowel aan de booking.com service medewerker dat wij ons niet aan de regels hielden. Wij werden gemarkeerd als "no show". Bij een vlucht kunnen we toch ook niet te laat komen was het argument. Ofwel stonden we daar in de auto zonder onderkomen met 2 kleine kinderen. Geld kwijt. We moesten per direct op zoek naar een alternatief. Verschrikkelijk, weekend was verknald.

The host was amazing, it was beyond expectations, you have a barbecue and a nice gardem you can use, but the super kind and friendly host bought us all the way, amazing experience. Will come back 100%
You can hear everything from the rooms and hallways. Sound isolation isn't so good.

The location is stunning, very peaceful. My host was very kind, helpful and talkative. My room was spacious with a 4 piece bathroom.

2 spacious bedrooms, with the bathroom in between both rooms.
Host was there for check in, and provided us with a welcome drink. He tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us.

we had the family suite which is separated from the main room and doors can not be closed and other guests were in the house. so if you are travelling with adults or older children it is no problem for young kids not convenant.

The breakfast and especially the eggs were amazing. Also the location was very good. Nice and friendly host who answers all your questions.
The only thing that could be better were the pillows.

We were welcomed very warm although we arrived late in the evening. The room was big and clean, really nice bathroom. Breakfast was good as well!

Very nice B&B. The room and breakfast were very good, but most of all we enjoyed the amazing hospitality of Maxence. We didn't get the chance to enjoy the bar and outdoor pool because of bad weather, another reason to come back in the near future.

Breakfast was nice, staff were friendly. Location amazing. Big bathroom.
No heating in bathroom or bedroom in the middle of winter. Only small electric heaters that gave off a bad smell.

Bed a bit soft but its personal preference

The house had an interesting architecture, a bit of modern and at the same time country style. We had a lovely family room with two separate and spacious bedrooms. The owner was very kind and served a great breakfast. Would come again.
A bit of tobacco smoke came through the ventilation to the lounge on the floor, but not to our room. The surfaces of some of the furniture and floor were a bit dusty, but otherwise everything worked out very well.

The Swimming Pool was awesome and Max (the owner) was very kind and offered us a couple of drinks when we arrived
We where not the only residents and the dog from the other residents kept us awake during the night

Rooms are big enough.
Beds were comfortable.
It wasn't clean as it had to be.
Sheets of the beds were not clean.
Weird smell in the rooms
Even the blankets were not clean, we had to search for some other bankets.
Pillows were also way too soft, you can't sleep on them.
Floor was dusty.
Coffee machine in the hall was too old and dirty, it's never been cleaned before.
One important thing, the cold drinks at the room fridge were all almost 6 months EXPIRED.
The sink of the bathroom was almost stuck, it barely drained water, i had to fix myself.
The shower box door really cheap, when you open it, it feels like it's gonna fall apart.
Breakfast was good.
Communication with the lady there was almost impossible, only french and nothing else so no tips, you have to figure things out on your own.
No baby seats in the breakfast area.
No baby beds.
