The back deck is unusable because the furniture is too large. The front screen door does not stay closed and the backyard is not fenced in (in case this is a concern for a guest with pets). Overall it was just fine.

Great spot for a few couples and a baby! House was very well equiped. We had 6 adults stay comfortably but there isnt indoor living room seating for much more than that. The screened in porch was great for morning coffee/an afternoon drink but the floor in that part was very dirty. Bedrooms had plenty of room but small beds, 2 full beds and one queen and then a bunk bed room. Easy walk into town for restraunts bars and shopping. Could also walk to the beach, about 30 minutes through neighborhood. But parkibg pass was very convenient to have for loading up a car and bringing it straight to the beach. We had a great stay!

A lot about this property was nice, but one room was hot and the bed was uncomfortable. The other room was comfortable but had lousy lighting. the bunks beds were uncomfortable. The rooms could have used a chair. The screen porch was nice but the door didn't seal properly so the bugs could get in. The outside was beautiful. The hot tub was nice but we couldn't get the temperature above 98 (and it was usually at 95) and it was dirty. The yard had dog feces in it from a prior tenant.The kitchen was delightful but could have used a more updated fridge that gave you filtered water. We had no use for the dining room. Furniture in the living room was not comfortable. This definitely was not as nice as other places we have rented but still about the same price. Also, one of the neighbors was rude the night we first got there. And the listing needs to include Unit 1.

Dog friendly and close to the beach -- 7 minute bike ride or 25 minute walk. The house is very comfortable and nicely furnished. It's also next to the school so can use the tennis courts and fields for pups. Would definitely recommend it!

We stayed here for the long thanksgiving weekend with friends. The house itself is great- good size (though not enough living room space for 10 people- we were only six so it worked ok), easy walking to both town and beach, and the hot tub was really great. Our biggest issue with this place is that it is actually a short term lease rather than geared to short breaks. Things you only learn after booking: - You need to sign a several pages long short term lease document - Sheet and towel rental is mentioned in the listing- this is the same price for a month or a day - you must provide your own paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins) as well as dish detergent, hand soap, etc - A 50% deposit is taken at booking, and full payment is expected 30 days before your stay - if you are bringing dogs- there is a limit of two dogs under 40lbs, the whole tree line in the back is unfenced so dogs will need to be leashed if they are a flight risk - management company really was not very responsive- I had to send several emails asking the same questions, many of which went completely unanswered. Overall it was a great stay, but definitely wish I had been aware of all of these things as I would have looked for a less complicated stay for just a few nights.

Wish there were TVs in every bedroom, hot tub worked at times, lighting could be brighter. However, kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and other kitchen appliances!!

Nice and clean open kitchen/living area with a breakfast bar. Also a separate dining room for family meals (or games). 4 nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. End unit allows for a semi-private back yard with hot tub, outdoor shower and grill. The yard is not completely fenced in so bring a lead to tie the dog out. It is beside the main road with some traffic noise but not too horrible. It was perfect for family of 5 and 1 dog. It was about a 15 minute walk to boardwalk too
