My family had a wonderful stay at this spacious rental just a minute’s walk to the beach, and 20 minutes to tidepools full of crabs and sea anemone. We did some cooking and I was pleasantly surprised at the well-stocked kitchen - usually it’s hard to find a working sheet pan or more than 1 frying pan and cutting board. But there were 2 decent sheet pans, a set of frying pans, and multiple cutting boards.
I also appreciated the portable chairs and beach towels, which were in good condition.
Only drawback was that all the water faucets produced reddish water until they ran for a minute. Easy to work around but we did have to buy bottled water.

My husband and I met up with his brother and wife for a quick weekend to get away. The accommodations were lovely. We spent a day shopping in Cambria and a day exploring Morro Bay. It was wonderful to be so close to the beach. We hope to come back.

From the start, we knew the neighborhood from having stayed last year. We knew by the location it was close to beach access, and it really is very close, so we walked every day to the beach which was ours to roam as there were few souls in Morrow Bay in May. The accommodations were very clean and besides the laundry being in the garage, everything was where you would expect. The rooms were well furnished, and decorated nicely. We were impressed with the oversized chair the most--very comfortable! The kitchen was not used but seemed to have everything needed. We did not bring beach towels, but the space had 4 which was fine for our family. Overall, we would certainly stay again!

We loved everything about this home, it's close location to the beach, it's beautiful interior and exterior spaces, and all the modern conveniences in a kitchen for cooking. Such a beautiful walk to the beach through the dunes and located on a quiet street. Thankful to have access to nice beach chairs and towels too. We would love to return here in the future!

We loved the location of the house. Beds were comfy and kitchen had all the necessary equipment/pans. We enjoyed eating dinner at the patio table and watching the sun set from the end of the street. Very quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone looking for a laid back beach stay.

Love this house and so convenient with walking distance to serene beaches of MorroBay. Three nights was not nearly enough time to really enjoy this residence and hoping next time we can stay longer. House is so warm, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Property had religious status, religious pictures about Buddhist religion, which was unprofessional, master door does not lock internally, lock only works with the code, very unsafe ,paint on the doors and other parts of the house was falling off,beds were made out of foam, very uncomfortable, House attached to the main house , construction was being made daily, also very uncomfortable.spider webs everywhere, and the house has no air conditioning, also the fire place was not operational, wich was advertised on the pictures. Very disappointing.

The house has many nice features. The rooms are bright and the great window coverings give privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet and there are friendly neighbors. You can see the ocean in the distance. There are trails to get down to the beach. The cleaners for this house are excellent.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer! The quick walk to the beach from the house is the best part since I have young kids. We could go back and forth to the beach easily to use the restroom or to eat so I didn’t have to haul everything with me down to the sand. Close location to the Embarcadero in Morro Bay so plenty of options to eat out if necessary.

My mother and I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely home. It was clean and spacious and had excellent and then Andes, especially a well-stocked kitchen. The proximity to the beach was delightful for morning and afternoon walks. The sunset spectacular the instructions for use quite clear.
We had a ton of fun and happy memories were made!

Beautiful well kept house. Beds are comfortable & kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. The main restroom has a smart toilet so that was cool to experience. The beach & great views are literally a 2 minute walk.

Loved it
We absolutely loved the location of this property. It was such an easy walk for our family to get to the beach. It is also a very short drive into town to order food also close to Cayucos. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we need a few days to visit the central coast! The neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have a 23 month old and I felt very comfortable going on walks with him around the neighborhood. The house was perfect. We loved having the grassy yard for the kids to play In. The house came with everything that we needed as well. I slept great in the master bed it was very comfortable.

Cons: the architecture of the home is beautiful; however, those floor to ceiling windows do not open (!!) and are clear paned glass so I did feel a bit like being in a fishbowl. The blinds were interesting but were such that either everyone saw you in the home or it cut-off the view from inside the home. I was also very disappointed in the condition and cleanliness of outdoor furniture. I was not able to sit outside and enjoy the yard and the atmosphere because the furniture was so worn and so dirty. The master bathroom is tiny and there is no ability to hang clothes in the master closet due to it being locked for the owner. So, one must use other bedrooms for storage of hanging items.
All in all, I would stay again despite the quirks as the home is lovely, the neighborhood very quiet and serene, and just a great location.

Great property easy walk to the beach
Really enjoyed our stay and easy to walk to the beach in multiple locations. Even walked into Morro Bay and back. The house had nice room for 6 people. Having the use of the 2 garages made it easy to have our cars out of the weather.

Quiet Morro Bay Retreat!
This place was the perfect family getaway. Centrally located to visit areas around Morro Bay and walking distance to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our teens enjoyed having their own rooms. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could have needed. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!

Relaxing time at the beach
The property fully met our expectations. It was roomy and in great condition, with a view of the dunes from the living room. It was no more than a five minute walk to the ocean. It was a great place to just relax and enjoy the coastal ambiance after a day out and about.

Nice house, close to beach
This house was so nice! It was clean and well-stocked, we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed walking across the street to the beach. My kids absolutely loved the swing in the front yard. We were able to walk to Morro Rock via the beach (about 2 miles) and could easily drive to many hiking trails and sites nearby. I would say the one negative was that the grill was pretty gross with rust and mold, and therefore not usable.

Beautiful property & location! But...
This home is lovely and well situated. However, the 2 bedrooms (that aren’t the master) are VERY small. The master is beautiful, large with an ocean view. However, we found the master gets pretty cold at night due to large single pained windows while the tiny bedrooms get hot. We therefore asked for a space heater but were not given one despite paying a high price for this home which we couldn’t sleep well in. You’re expected to take out the trash even if you arrive on trash night (and pay a cleaning fee?!). This was not clear and was probably not clear for the previous guests because the trash looked like it hadn’t been picked up in weeks. There was a biohazard of trash flowing out of the bin.. u-relax has a deceptive name because they gave us a hard time about not having put out the trash on our first night and threatened to have us pay for pick up. Eventually they covered it but it was not smooth communication.. plus not being able to bring us a $20 space heater left us feeling disappointed with their service.

Had a great time at this quaint bungalow home with quick access to the long Morro Bay beach. Love that it was easy access to the bike trail too. We loved the openness of the main room.

Morro Bay Getaway
We found this property to be ideal for us during a recent two night stay, accommodating six adults comfortably. The color schemes are soothing and overall layout - the family room/dining room/kitchen merge into one great room - is perfect for spending time together. The house has many windows, several floor to ceiling, creating a very light and warm atmosphere. Beach access is convenient - walk out the front door and gate, turn right and walk to the end of the street, maybe 200 steps, then follow the trail that leads through a well marked nesting area for various shore birds.
The location of this property and upkeep - the house is well maintained throughout - are more than reason enough to stay here again. It's ideal for friends and families. A great getaway destination. Lastly, the property manager was super responsive and had everything in order for us upon arrival. As well, the instructions for were departing were clear, making it quick and easy to leave.

Spent a great few days here. Relaxing on the beach, hikes around the area, quick bites in town, and grilling every night. A perfect set up.
