The food was good quality but very repatative in all sittings, the hotel grounds itself were fantatstic, the kids entertaiment was also very good.

Everything, from staff, food to facilities. Excelent hotel for families with little kids. There are plenty of things your kid can enjoy here, from playground, to animators, kids disco, movies...

Paradise for kids, sea is literally in front of the hotel.

From a family hotel, I'd expect children-proof electricity plugs in the rooms. And the spots for a long chair at the swimming pools are very limited!

The hotel is very basic - i don’t feel it’s correctly advertised Also should be made more clear this is a family hotel - yes family friendly hotel - but actually nothing but a a family hotel Luckily there was lovely restaurants and bars close by to enjoy off the hotel premises Over 300 Eur for one night We had to make the beds ourselves, phone not working in the room, no wifi info, underwhelming food at the hotel, Staff was very friendly but for this price I would expect more

Family resort is very modern and beautiful. Friendly and nice staff everywhere. The food was very very very good. There is a lot of places and games for kids. Pool (the biggest one) is with sea water. There are 4 other pools. This resort is great for kids, but I would pick Family Hotel Lišanj to stay in rather than Annex.

Annex Lišanj is part of Family resort Lišanj. But Annex itself is just a building without front desk, without parking. It has very small rooms, bathroom sink is in the room, no space for bin. Water from shower comes to the room and toilet.

This was THE best holiday we've had with our 6-year old daughter! Simply WOW! Great location, on the seaside but just a short walk to the old town. Although the hotel offers all perks of a standard large holiday resorts, thanks to the smart layout it gives more natural/family hotel vibes... All staff polite and smiling. Everything was impeccably clean, there were many play areas for children, nice animation program. Good swimming pools, nice food, comfortable rooms. All in all, relax to the max! Thank you everyone in Hotel Lišanj, we hope to be back next year!!

I have never experienced better and comfortable bed mattresses of the room you have. Outstanding cuisine.

The way from the hotel directly to the beach/swimming pool is quiet complicated with babytrolly and beach accessories trough the reception and trhough the restaurant taking two elevators and many of steps... No ladder of the swimming pool. Elderly people make difficulties to get in and out of... But everything is perfect this part of the hotel is not family friendly at all.

It was in the middle of everything we wanted to visit. Definitely made for a family with small children, but still comfortable for adults without kids. They had covid testing on site which was great.

No signs for reception, no hotel map, and food was okay but needed more flavor for (American tastes), good food selection for most )but not a lot of vegetarian options). There was no signs saying what types of meat were in dishes.

We booked Annex for one night but were upgraded to the family hotel…which is few meters apart but better if you have children(not sure if it is worth the money difference) The rooms were nice Breakfast good Nice pools with shadows for small Children

There is a huge kids corner room however there were no toys to play with so useless Another room with electrical cars and jumping castle(unfortunately the castle was not up so again useless) We stayed only one night but had lunch(12-14) and dinner (19-21) but the food was average and same for dinner and lunch with few differences -u can find almost everything there:pasta,pizza,risotto,meat,chicken nuggets,salads,etc but there is basically no taste…cant imagine staying there for a week and eat at the hotel(but the breakfast was nice) The bed is very comfy but very high and if you have a small child that sleeps in a bed with you I guess u will be scared if he/she falls down.As it is a family hotel I would expect to either have lower beds or some boundaries Around Not sure how it is with the beach but at that time there were no chairs For the beach just around the pools(the main pool was very loud due to the music from the bar) We had dinner outside and sorry to say but the tables and chairs were dirty (from dust and birds excrements (i don’t think they actually cleaned it before dinner time) You get a welcome drink which is nice but I don’t get why you cane have it only from 6-7pm?!Is it such a problem to server it upon arrival or whenever the guests want as the bar is next to reception?makes no sense… Also the check in took forever and we came earlier and didn’t get room until 2pm even though the hotel Was not full and I think the room could have been ready. To sum up we were amazed by the hotel at first sight but after spending there one day I am not so sure if I would go back(maybe with older kids -our is almost 3 years old).

- the first and the last - great staff: from the first contact at the reception where are very polite ladies, through cooks and restaurant staff (probably students having their part-time job), animation team and our chambermaid - everyone was very friendly with smile under their covid-masks with always good mood - delicious food: plenty of really tasty food, home made kitchen, we felt like at home, drinks included - great location - hotel with it´s surround it´s quite big with a lot of space, not too crowded in late june. Very close to the sea either with open space or trees/shadow. You can use a few pools (outdoor, indoor, jacuzzi). Pools also for the smallest children, childrens playgrouds available onsite. - At the beach there are beton plates but you can find a sandy sea bottom - free parking - late checkout - for a short afternoon nap before driving home - really enjoyed!

Annex... - this fully renovated or new building (which during our stay was not fully finished) is definitelly not usable for family with small children...to enter the building you have to pass app 20 steps which is not possible with the stroller. - although rooms were clean, the architecture is really weird. Rooms are small with no table, no bedside tables. Washbasin behind the entrance door, LED lamps too strong. - in our room at the end of the corridor the wifi signal was very weak and almost unusable. Flat TV with only a few croatian channels - the worst in the room was the toilette and the shower. They´re made probably from plasterboard and there is a tempered glass between toilette and shower which definitelly not fits so when you take a shower, the toilette is full of water. In the shower there is no stand for shampoon/shower gel, everything needs to be on the ground. There are no normal door so everyone in the room can hear noises coming from the toilet. When one is taking shower can see another using the toilet...

The design of the hotel throughout is very modern and colourful, the hotel staff is very helpful and kind. It's close to two main beaches, one bigger one with sand at the bottom and with a jumping tower in the water, and anotherone more rocky -less people- where you can do snorkeling for example. We loved the room, the bed was great sized (huuge) and very comfortable. It's a blessing that there was aircon too. The shower and toilet were great as well, with good water-pressure, and overall Everything was new in the room /hotel. We loved that there were lots of different pools to choose from - even a salt-water pool outside! - the wellness was great with a jacuzzi and sauna. In the local town there's an old-city area that is super-cute with small streets and an old church. There's no farmers market in town-the nearest is in Crikvenica.

The food in the hotel. We had half-boarding with breakfast and dinner but unfortunately despite reading good reviews here We felt the breakfast and dinner options weren't great at all. Dinner was only served from 6-7pm (we were told) but apparently lots of people could still go to eat at 8-pm & onwards... It was quite frustrating as the first afternoon we had lunch locally at 4pm and we weren't that hungry for dinner yet at 7 so we could only eat a tiny bit, which was a waste of money. We had two beers and were still talking there at 8-8:30pm when we saw people still coming to get dinner. Had we known this, we could've easily had dinner at 8:30pm... Breakfast: Unfortunately there were no fruits for breakfast (except 1-2apples scattered around the bowls as decor). It would've been great to have a few slices of watermelon, kiwi, grapes etc with yoghurt as a healthy breakfast -especially compared to the great fruit selection they had for dinner. The fruit juices were made of (bad quality) syrup and not fresh, which was disappointing. There were no local pastries for breakfast either which was a disappointment knowing that there were local bakeries and Croatians have a lot of diff pastries (there were pre-packed croissants only). Dinner: The only seafood they had were overcooked tuna or cod, we would've appreciated some other seafood a bit more imaginative, especially as there are two cheap fish markets/stores in the next town appx.5kms away (that was one of the reasons why we ate lunch at a bistro one day). Average bolognese macaroni, french fries, and wiener schnitzel but not many local meals - they didn't even have cevapi/cevapcici :( The non-alc drinks were just too sweet (probably syrup made, as well as the breakfast juices).

Very good location - northern Croatia, very good catering, nice and clean sea /6-2021/, clean and spacy room, many opportunities right in the hotel in case of bad weather /sauna, gym, playstation station, cinema,.../ No need to leave resort, everything is inside. Great for children and parents also :)

Rooms are spacious, the location is good, right on the beach. For kids there is good program, with lots of things to do. Staff is friendly and polite.

The food in the restaurant definitely needs improvement. It really didn't taste good and was cold, too cooked, the quality of the groceries was quite bad. Rooms are really really noisy,you could hear your neighbours talking,walking,doors banging. Saying soundproof in the room description was for sure exaggeration. The cleanliness of the facilities was not on the high level.

It is a new clean hotel with a lot of things for children of all ages. Pools were great.
