The flat was lovely and spotless!

the double bed wasn’t very comfortable and very squeaky!

Location out of the town centre and the assigned parking spot just off the door was a great point.

There was 1 VERY FLAT single pillow per person and beds were quite a bit dodgy, squeaky and wobbly

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, well equipped and clean - with some added personal touches. Mugo, the owner quickly responded to all our queries and offered to provide assistance if required. This apartment was a perfect base for us to explore Worcestershire and visit relatives in Coventry. We will definitely us this apartment again. Thank you.

Instructions on how to lock the front door and how to use the shower in the ensuite. (Although Mungo responded quickly to our questions and acknowledged that this needed to be added to the welcome instructions).

Very quite neighborhood! They have playground for children nearby. Very accessible to different places and few mins drive to asda. Almost everything you need are there already, from linens, towels, handwash etc. Would like to come back again!! Host (Mugo) was very helpful if we need anything.

It's not that I don't like it but maybe not convenient for other people. The apartment is on 2nd floor and can only be access by stairs.

Shower in en-suite very small (obviously I know you can’t change that!), light in en-suite didn’t work also. No key in double room to open window (was really warm Friday night). A tea towel in the kitchen would be a good addition.

Property is very clean located in a quiet neighbourhood and near the city centre. It has two toilets, washing machine+dryer, big kitchen and living room, comfortable beds & free car park.

Well equipped clean apartment. Owner easy to contact and helpful. Dedicated parking space very useful. Supermarket nearby.

None of the table lamps in the property were working, all needed new bulbs.

A bit of hassle to find as it looks like it's recently been built and the postcode is still being sorted out properly. Other than that, great.

Easy to find, parking space, lockbox found without fuss, warmed up super quick.

could do with a deep clean, ie skirting boards & bathrooms dusty but not dirty, think it’s just a case of having stood vacant for a while.
