Cute, comfy, isolated from crowds, amazing views from any window, sunsets, the best beaches in OR… It is impossible to stop taking pictures - show of light is endless! The best thing: the house is located on the bay - it is less windy.. and the view is much better than on the open ocean. The great location!!! Here I have to stop writing my wows, because I do not want competitors to rent this house before I rent it the next time :) Thank you!

We basically just sat in the recliners upstairs while looking out at the view and reading.
This is an incredibly relaxing place. From the pictures, it may not be clear that this house is perched on top of a hill in Netarts. Its location, while not conducive for walking quickly onto the beach, allows for simply stunning views of the bay, the ocean beyond and the three arch rocks.
The sitting areas are comfortable and extensive. We were there on warmer days, and while the house would heat up a bit from the sun, opening windows and doors allowed the sea breeze to cool the entire house off quite nicely.
We only used the upstairs bed, but it was both supportive and comfortable.
The kitchen appeared to have all the necessities for basic meal prep, and while the kitchen sink had underwhelming heat and water pressure, the dishwasher worked very well.
We've already booked a return trip.

Perfect home for two families with children. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road, very well furnished, and exceptionally clean. The deck and the view are priceless and made for a relaxing weekend taking in all the area has to offer. We will definitely be back!

View from this house is 5 star. The rest, not so much. When we arrived, there was a mildew/sewage smell in the house. We opened doors and it aired out a little. The smell persisted all week and got worse. Seemed to be coming from the kitchen sink. It was horrible and Vacasa customer service was not helpful. We finally had a repair guy call the day before we left but it was thanksgiving and nothing could actually be fixed that day. Also, there were zero spices, etc., most of the cooking utensils were broken, all the non-stick pans were peeling, and upon arrival, the fridge was warm and took hours to cool down. The smallest bedroom had boogers smeared on the walls next to the bunk bed. So gross. The pellet stove is also being leveled by a deck of cards - so completely not usable. Would only recommend this house for the view. Bring your own cookware, spices, blankets (the ones at the house all smell), and hopefully they fix the stench.

This property was incredible. The price for the location and the view absolutely blew our minds. The beds were large and comfy, the kitchen fully stocked with all needed utensils for cooking our catch. The living room was full of comfortable furniture positioned so that you were able to enjoy the view day or night. The deck(s) were fabulous and the landscaping was lovely. We came in late October and got to watch the crabbers and clammers in the bay and still got to sit on the decks and use the binoculars and spy glass provided. Even the public street that drives up to the house was delightful. The ONLY drawback for us is that we didn’t book for long enough.

Overall, everything was wonderful. Beds are surprisingly comfy. Loved that there are so many options for enjoying the view. Putting a chair in front of the French doors in the bedroom helps to keep them closed on windy nights. The sliding door in the master is loud and rattles on windy nights though. I would still absolutely stay here again.

We loved the house, the views and, the neighborhood was nice. Proximity to the beach and other small towns was great, especially Tillamook where there are multiple grocery stores and small shops.

I planned the getaway by finding a rental on a bluff overlooking where the bay was emptying into the ocean, with the ocean behind it. It really was a spectacular view with a great deck and picture windows from just about every room except the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was really perfect with my husband and our two adult children.
There was no telescope as featured and appears to have been stolen, according to the management.
I do think that the microwave is on it's last leg, just FYI.
We had a great time, but this is my last vrbo rental after doing so for decades. The fees were astronomical given it was just 2 nights. When you add those fees, we paid for 3 nights and this was a rather expensive rental to begin with. I wanted this to be where we celebrated my birthday, so I coughed it up. But I question the ethics of their exorbitant fees, I was so mad about it, and will look for other rental companies.I felt like I was being grossly ripped off in any case.
How do you (VRBO/ justify these fees?? You will lose customers, and I am one of them.

Setting is awesome. House is just super-comfortable. Very clean, with all the amenities and supplies needed. Knives need sharpening, though. Not a true 3-bath. Third bedroom has a stall shower and no sink (utility sink). Great decks and outside access.

lovely property. great views. many things to do close by. but no info available on site to look at. not much info on property except things that were not allowed.and neighbors might call them. there were no cleaning products to clean kitchen counters or tables and info on things to do like like start laundry before we leave and dishwasher. before leaving at 10am.not sure why cleaning fee was so high. we had a very nice time and would go again. but would bring things from home just to make it a little easier.

Had the best time with friends celebrating birthdays. The house and views are just like the pictures. We will def go back. Only had one kink and that was the keyless entry and code. Called the 1 800 # and they got us right in.

Really enjoyed the spectacular view from the windows of all the rooms. Thanks for having a pair of binoculars there... We were able to watch several sea lions sunbathing and swimming in the bay. It was so relaxing and enjoyable.

Best views ever! This was our 2 stay here. It’s was absolutely 3 beautiful days/nights. They house needs some updating - otherwise it’s a 5 star. Old furniture but the beds were very comfortable which is what matters.

The view was incredible from the second you walk into the home. Location awesome with a nice deck, roominess was very good if not a little quirky & furniture/beds were very comfortable. However, no instructions provided, needs maintenance work and a new stove since only one of four burners worked. Its a little outdated and needs some TLC, etc.

Such a nice house with a perfect view of the ocean and the bay. We had a coffee pot issue but between Jeremy and Nick we got a not pot and the trip was wonderful. Comfortable beds, and the house is huge. Only problem with with the furnace. Stinky smell in the duct work in the kitchen and dining room but be covered them with cardboard and no more smell.

The view was beautiful and the house was lovely. Very comfortable. Bedrooms were as advertised with nice linens. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely come back. Very satisfied.

This home was just beautiful. Every room had a fantastic view Of the bay and of the ocean. It was also close to the many locations that we wanted to visit. Another great thing about the home was the bathrooms. If you’re a large group it’s nice to have two or more bathrooms – which this house does have.
If we have any complaints about our stay it would be that the oven in the house did not seem to work, in the grill which we look forward to using was very old and not very good. I think most people coming to stay want to grill and cook so these are two criticisms.
However a final plus for the management If they were quick to come and solve two problems that we were experiencing. When was with the DVD,, and the other with the quail. Again my overall rating is four-star everyone was very kind and helpful the home is beautiful and well taken care of just a few needs that need to be rude furbished in the house.

The views from the master suite upstairs are spectacular and so are the views from the very comfortable living room area. The house is a little outdated but it’s cozy and we enjoyed walking down to the beach and watching the sunset from the deck. There’s not much of a yard for the dogs but we managed. I would definitely come back here again!
