worn but clean apartment, few appliances not working, but overall comfortable. fast wifi, cable difficult to navigate.
I recommend for short stays.

It was a beautiful place and very quiet. Walking distance to plenty of places to eat and shop. Owner was very pleasant and quick response. Would be going there again..

Ocean vacation Breeze was in a very good location for us.

We thought the property is well maintained and clean. We could tell it was cleaned when we arrived. However, there are a few things we feel need addressing. The toilet in the master bedroom makes a very loud noise after flushing and continues until the tank fills. The coffee maker leaks while coffee is being made. And we feel that the place should be sprayed for roaches and other bugs as we had both during our visit, not a lot but they were there. These issues might seem minor but they do impact the stay and rating. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

We had a great stay at ocean breeze. We had five adults and one child and it fit us all comfortably. The first day the tv in the living room would not work, the property owner did send someone to come fix it the next morning. We did have a five night stay and only one towel per person and no washcloths. They do have a laundry room with a nice washer and dryer. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was great. Great location! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in the area for a few nights and we would definitely stay again on our next trip!

We were celebrating my 70th in 3 areas of Florida before heading back to S.C. After Keywest visit, I looked at Vbro for a one night to connect with friends in the Boynton/Area and this property was perfect for the 4 of us. So clean and we loved it. We also enjoyed the Kona Cafe for breakfast. We love to stay on the water or property have a pool but for one night or two this worked perfectly. Thank you so much. Patty & Steve

It is obvious that the owner takes great pride in this property. It is tastefully decorated and fully furnished, and it is very clean. It is an easy one mile walk to the public beach, with restaurants and a large grocery store in between. I enjoyed my stay and will likely try to stay here again.

I work for a 5 star hotel, that’s why I can’t rate my experience as 5 star. I was there with 2 of my children, my wife ,my brother and his wife. I can’t think of anything negative about the place nor the neighborhood. Everything was fine except for the beach which was dirty and we couldn’t go for a swim.

Nice Kitchen
Overall it was a decent place to stay. The bed I slept on the 1st night was like sleeping on a flat rock. The couch was more comfortable. The bathrooms were not very clean. I did see a few German cockroaches. They left open bottles of shampoo, conditioner and bar soap. Nobody is going to use something after another stranger and paid over $100 for a night. Throw it away and make sure the showers are clean. We couldn’t adjust the air.
The owner was very prompt in answering and maybe he doesn’t realize the poor job the housekeepers are doing. My mother cleans vacation homes and she knows how they should look. The rest of the visit was nice.

The roaches were bad, at least 10 were seen and sprayed in multiple rooms, and the sheets smelled like they had not been washed.

I would totally recommend this space for any family that’s looking to stay in the area. The owner was very communicative and welcoming. The home was clean and spacious!

Great Place to Stay
While visiting friends in the area we just need a place to sleep and this property was perfect. Very clean, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We will be staying again next time we are in the area!

Girls Getaway Weekend
We thought the Vrbo was nice and it worked well for our stay. It would have been nice to have more bath towels and we would have liked to have wash cloths to use. The mattresses on all beds were very squeaky.

Was as pictured
The rental was as pictured, clean and comfortable, looks to be newly renovated. Walking distance to a great Peruvian restaurant in the plaza right down the street as well as an ice cream and nail shop. The lock pad entry was simple and easy to use and I also liked that there was a night spot light that lit up at night when you entered the front door so you can see your surroundings. No loud neighbors and the rental was spacious enough for us 4 adults that stayed there. Water pressure in one of the showers wasn’t the greatest, very low pressure but it was ok.

Quite surroundings. The house is just the right size for a small family and many amenities in walking distance.

We stayed here while in West Palm Beach for our nephew's wedding. The house was spotless, comfortable couches, well equipped kitchen and dedicated on site parking. The neighborhood is safe and the house is within walking distance to many great restaurants! Try West Palm Beach Cafe for breakfast! Yum!
The home's owner was quick to respond to emails. I would stay here again!

It’s All About Location
This property is only a mile from an amazing beach (a fun walk with lots of shops and restaurants along the way). It is also centrally located to other great local restaurants. It is what I would call a beach house—looking at it from outside you think hmmm—but it is nicely decorated, well stocked with bedding and kitchen utensils, and it has two full bathrooms!! Overall I gave it 5 stars because it is excellent value for the price, and the location is very very good!
