The unit is in need of new appliances, everything in here seemed original, flooring, shower, cabinets etc. Goodwill quality cooking utensils, mismatched everything a hodgepodge of useless stuff, mold in shower around bottom, scuffed, peeling paint around baseboard, chipping peeling paint on kitchen cabinets, broken shelves in cabinets, and refrigerator, gritty drawers in bathrooms and kitchen. Filthy storage closet!! The master bedroom bed is like falling into a marshmallow (not in a good way) This unit needs a deep scrubbing, not just a cleaning. I would never request or recommend this unit! If there is a place for pictures I’d post.

It was amazing

We loved the layout, good beds and the veranda. The decor isn’t real fancy but comfortable. We were surprised to learn we had to go out and buy beach towels, garbage bags and dish washer pods. The stove is a bit antiquated. None of those small issues were a big deal. Overall, a great place!

Love how the wrap-around balcony in 300 has a view of the sunrise and the sunset. Always a breeze, even in August. The king bed in the master was very soft and comfortable. Sorry there wasn’t another room with a king or queen for a married couple to sleep - one room had 2 single beds and the other a bunk bed. That didn’t stop us from planning another trip to B300 Waterscape has something for every age. Our group ranges from 67 to 1 year and all enjoyed the 5 day stay.

Our time at this unit was great! The view is fantastic in this comfortable unit.

This condo easily fit our family of 10. Super clean and a gorgeous view of the Gulf! Plenty of seating, indoor and out. Perfect relaxing getaway.

The view is amazing. It would be even better if it would have nice patio furniture. For the price of the unit and with that view it needs upgraded. The mattresses all were poor quality. The unit was great besides those 2 things. Waterscape was fantastic for our grandkids ages 5-14!

Everything is exactly as described and right on the beach with a view!

We've never stayed in a true ocean front condo and I think I've been spoiled with the B300 view! The wrap around balcony ensured all 3 bedrooms plus the living room had easy access to shade or sun as one desired. It was hard to get my husband to do anything else but sit on the balcony :) This unit accommodated 4 adults and 4 children with ease. The living room furniture has been updated from the pictures I saw when making my reservation. It was very inviting and comfortable. We did not try the sofa sleeper so I can't advise on that point. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and the master bath really is as large as the picture makes it seem. The other two true bedrooms had different beds than what was in the unit pictures . The canopy frame is gone and the new bed is a much better match to the size of the room. My son and his wife did say that it slept too firm for them. The bedroom that previously had a twin trundle bed now has bunk beds with a full size on the bottom and a twin up top. Our 4 grand daughters, aged 10,8,5 and 3 loved this room and often all slept together rather than use the bunk alcove. We had a few maintenance issues that I reported the first morning and maintenance was actually in the unit making the repairs when I returned from a short trip to the pool. This was a family trip with 8 people from 70 to 3 and everyone had a great time. The girls LOVED the pools and they were the reason we picked Waterscape as our destination. I picked B300 because of the view. Yes, it is more expensive than I would normally reserve, but if the pools were for the kiddies, the balcony was for my husband and I. Who needs to get sandy when you can see everything from your unit?

The wrap around porch allows unobstructed panoramic views of the beach, sunrise and sunset, and the various military jets and helicopters flying overhead. The third floor gives plenty of distance from foot traffic on the ground while still giving great views of the ocean and hearing the waves crash. The condo is appropriately furnished with TVs in every bedroom (although with the view, you likely won't need a TV) with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. There are a lot of glass and breakable decorations, so you'll need to keep an eye on the littles, but the condo is definitely kid friendly. The resort itself is in a great location with easy walking access to the pier, lots of restaurants, and shopping. Plenty of variety with the various pools, splash pads, and lazy river for the entire family. If you happen to be there on a chilly day, one of the upper pools is heated! Kids can still enjoy themselves and the adults won't freeze to death. I simply cannot recommend B300 enough. Worth every penny.

View was great. Price was also. Had a great time. Only 2 things I would criticize, hot water ran out very quickly. Rented many units there and never had that problem. Also a bit of mold above the showers.

Great condo with amazing views! Vacasa communication was perfect. No issues, just a wonderful time with the family.

The size and set up of the condo was perfect for 3 adults and 4 kids. The resort is beautiful! Our condo was not clean when we arrived, however the property management company was quick to put us in another condo for the night. We were told they would call the next day to move us to our actual condo, which never happened. I had to call twice to be updated. When we moved to the condo we rented, it was apparent that the owners/cleaners of this condo had not taken care of it as well as the condo we stayed in the night before-patio chairs were broken, the patio door handle was not working properly, and the large patio windows were hazy from not being cleaned on the outside. Would stay at this resort again, but would not choose this condo again.

B300 has a stunning panoramic view of the beach and gulf. View both sunrise and sunset. The unit is comfy and spacious. It has everything you need. It’s a keeper!

Unit wasn't that clean. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Door handles loose and hanging. Shower handle loose and ha going down. Some plugs didn't work. Not what I'd expect for the money I paid.

Fabulous view and great for families with kids. Rooms with closer to the beach

It was a gorgeous view and in the shade for a good part of the day. The King bed was SO comfortable! Could you tell me what kind of mattress/topper it was? I want to get one for my home.

The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars, is that I felt like it needed more seating in the living room. A couple of couches and a chair or 2 would provide a little more seating space.

We will definitely be back!

This condo had an incredible view of both the pool and Gulf!! Huge balcony that we enjoyed throughout our stay. Resort was fantastic as well.

Family of 10 with kids from ages 8 months to 17. Great property with plenty of room and vacation with much to do for all.

The condo was filthy! We paid over $5000 for stains on sheets, comforters, sand all over the floor when we arrived, filter to the furnace has not been changed in months if not years. The furnace closet had 2-3 inches of dust on it....disgusting! Way over priced for such a filthy unit. Disappointed and embarrassed that we invited family to stay with us. Cheap furniture with stains on it. Patio furniture was cheap and broken. We will not be back!
