Brilliant apartment, lovely open space with high ceilings

The sofa bed needs attention, quite worn out. The kitchen was not the best equipment, limited cutlery and utensils, although I appreciate the main booking income may not be for people that cook alot.

A lovely modern well equipped and secure property, clean and comfortable and in an ideal location for shopping outlets etc
The internet was very poor and the noise from the neighbours in the next door premises were extremely noisy until early hours most evenings and then again early morning so we got little sleep!

Location is great, apartment is spacious, handy coop just round the corner.

Excellent location to the centre of Wakefield the apartment was spotless clean and well equipped and maintained. The area was quite and safe and there's a well stocked Spar shop one minute walk away.
There was a shortage of socket points in the kitchen - only two available. Also a mirror in the bedroom would have been an advantage for drying hair and doing makeup.

Fabulous light & airy apartment in a perfect location, close to the shops/restaurants & a one minute walk from the church where we were attending a wedding! Very comfortable & quiet. Loved the fact there was private parking at the back of the property & a large Spar two minutes away.
We were only there for 2 nights, so it didn't affect us, but the kitchen was a little under equipped for longer stays e.g. one teaspoon, no sharp knives for food prep. There was a small supply of sugar & tea bags but no basic condiments like salt & pepper.

The apartment was spacious and clean the bed was comfortable. Dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, towels and shampoo soap etc provided.
The Internet was very poor.Also the main doors could do with updating to more secure ones and also some sort of blinds or curtain for privacy as you can see from the street straight into frontroom,more utensils.

Internet wasnt working days before i checked in and wasnt informed, this controlled the heating so it wouldnt turn on as expected and the controls locked down by owner to control by wifi. If informed would have cancelled all together. The owner was rude when speaking to him.
Very disappointed so left after 2nd was supposed to stay for a week.
Who wants to stay somewhere with no internet and good heating. Spoke to a couple staying there and they said internet was down before they got there, so i could have been informed as they had a engineer booked for few days after i checked in, not acceptable in winter.

the Property was clean and spacious. the host was available to context and was accommodating to all our needs. we will definitely be staying again.

Location was convenient
Bedroom was very cramped, with boiler behind bed which kept me awake every night. Shower leaked on the floor every time I used it. Furnishings were cheap and in uncomfortable. Doors to property were flimsy and didn’t feel very secure. Microwave didn’t heat food well. Was disturbed by noisy neighbours till 3.30am one night.

In a great location, good space and parking was secure. Owner was flexible with dates so was very accommodating as we stayed for a few weeks.
Property wasn’t serviced, and the bed was quite uncomfortable for two people.

The location was Great, the bed was comfy.
Almost everything was damaged in the apartment, the bathroom door was so swollen that it wouldn't close.
There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.
There was 1 fork and no knives in the kitchen, luckily there was a shop nearby for plastic cutlery 😂 Annoyingly there was no hairdryer either.
To top it off it was VERY loud, although it states the room is soundproof. There was also building work on the exterior of the building from 7am on the Sunday. Not ideal.
