The park is a nice park the children 3yrs n 4yrs enjoy the activities the play park n the show bar shows with sparky rabbit ect

The caravan smelt bad of damp it wasn't that clean my daughter n her children were bit all over from the caravan mattresses, the main bedroom had a smaller bed frame than the mattress that was on it n my elderly mum ended up on the floor in the middle of the night, the lock on the door wouldn't lock it was a real struggle to lock it when we were going to bed and when we were going out anywhere it just wouldn't turn to lock unless you really lifted the handle right back there was only myself who could lock it and unlock it my mum and my daughter couldn't do it at all n it was a massive struggle for me all the lights on the veranda had broken the cleaner took them away as we arrived the gas meter outside had no cover the list gos on I dont feel this caravan was anywhere near the worth of £448 that we paid n we as a family were very disappointed we cleaned the caravan whilst we was there and on leaving n the vinyl floors were filthy like they hadn't had a good scrub in ages I was on my hands n knees with flash floor cleaner our clothes were black after cleaning the kitchen n bathroom floors I bonus the Hoover did work, we brought antibacterial dettol spray n it was cleaner when we left than when we went in it

The caravan was in good condition and very clean and tidy.

The entrance door was a bit of a pain to lock.

Carpet was filthy. Cutlery still had food on it.curtain rail held up with duck tape.saucepans all greasy.

The van was spacious and very comfortable and had all we needed

Daniel in reception was amazing.. Couldn't thank him enough for his help. He made my granddaughters trip exceptional.
