Prenotando questa casa vacanza per non fumatori ti troverai in una zona strategica a due passi da specchi d'acqua in cui navigare in kayak e da oasi in cui praticare il birdwatching. Fai un po' di esercizio: in 12 minuti potrai arrivare a piedi a Frio River. Per te vacanza significa relax assoluto? Allora metti in moto il tuo veicolo e guida per 13 minuti fino a Garner State Park.
Questa casa vacanza è il luogo ideale dove dimenticare le preoccupazioni: qui trovi una piscina privata e puoi rilassarti sulla terrazza privata. Anche se decidi di restare in casa, potrai approfittare di accesso a internet e altri comfort per qualche ora di relax casalingo.
Nella cucina c'è proprio tutto... un frigorifero, una lavastoviglie, un kit per la preparazione di caffè/tè e pentole/stoviglie/utensili: non ti resta che fare la spesa! Our family enjoyed the stay overall at Clearwater casa which provided ample room for our 16 family members. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the openness of the outside area. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. there was plenty of Cookware but all pots and pans were old and in very poor condition, all coated with Deteriorating Teflon. The cookware needs to be replaced. We had issues keeping the house cool enough during the day. We were told that because so many people were going in and out of the doors that the house heated up to around 78°. The house did cool down at night, not sure what the remedy is for this because during the summer people are going to be going in and out of the doors during the day.

Bedrooms large and comfortable bed. Kitchens was awesome . Pantry had every appliance you needed. Plenty dishware. Selected this home because each room had its own restroom and had private pool. Cabana was so nice. Deer watching enjoyed by all.

We rented this home for a bachelorette party. It was the perfect size and we really enjoyed the private pool. We also enjoyed that there were private bathrooms for every room. It was a great weekend getaway and was close to the main attractions that the Frio has to offer!

Our family has gathered at Concan for many years. Our family outgrew the cabins we stayed at previously, so for the last few years we have rented a separate space for our adult children and grandchildren. This property is perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom so there was ample space for each family. The pool was an added bonus. We’ve already reserved the house for next year.

This was very good for family time. Very spacious and set up very well.plenty bathrooms and bedrooms. Lots of deer to watch . Nice and quiet. Very organized. Would rent again .

This property is absolutely wonderful! It sleeps 16 so there's lots of rooms, 4 private bathrooms, and a beautiful and large kitchen. The most impressive part was the outside though. They had a huge fire pit, corn hole boards, and the most fantastic pool setting ever. We will definitely stay here again, hopefully soon!!

The office was easy to find and the house was very convenient to everything. It was spotless. It was a very relaxing weekend. It was awesome having the pool and the kids got great use of it. All in all it was a very successful trip. The host was great as she called me immediately to tell me we left some hanging clothes. We were just down the road.

This place was great overall! Wonderful back yard entertaining area with the gated pool and lots of deer sightings with the deer feeders in the back yard. The beds were really comfortable and all bedding and towels were clean. The couches recline and were super comfortable too. It had everything we needed including things I forgot to bring. The A/C worked really well and every room had a ceiling fan. We will be back!

Wonderful experience at the Clear water casa. It was our first time going to Concan and absolutely loved it. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Everything was exactly like shown in the pictures and the the view and pool were very beautiful. Would go again.

Great experience
Wonderful experience at the Clear water casa. It was our first time going to Concan and absolutely loved it. The house was very comfortable and very clean. Everything was exactly like shown in the pictures and the the view and pool were very beautiful. Would go again.

This trip meant a lot to all of us , we came from Oregon,California and Houston, it was 17 of us .
My father passed away and it was time to please him I’m his resting place and this beautiful house was perfect for us ,we spent a lot of time outside bye the pool and had plenty of outside activities. We all loved watching the deer come out to feed in the morning , it was close to the bat flight (witch was vert cool )

Our trip was a success and this house is fully loaded and comfortable and I would recommend to Al for any occasion

This trip meant a lot to all of us , we came from Oregon,California and Houston, it was 17 of us .
My father passed away and it was time to please him I’m his resting place and this beautiful house was perfect for us ,we spent a lot of time outside bye the pool and had plenty of outside activities. We all loved watching the deer come out to feed in the morning , it was close to the bat flight (witch was vert cool )

Our experience was good. The only thing about the house was there was only one till of toilet paper in each bathroom, the beds were made with top sheet on backwards and not tucked in. The dishes in the cabinets were not all clean. They still have food on some of them.
