Despite a squeaky/noisy bed in one of the rooms and a subpar dryer we would absolutely rebook this condo again! The space was perfect for our party of 6 and the kids loved the bunk beds! Being able to cook dinners in the kitchen was a plus as well! We love the property amenities as well as the kids absolutely loved the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Upon arrival we were greeted by a man named Frank at the front desk, whom so kindly explained all the amenities and provided us with a flyer that showed us daily entertainment for children such as face painting, movie by the pool and so on. He even went as far as to explain to us the best way and place to park to get to our room. We have never been to this resort before but I will say we will return!!! The room was spacious, clean and well stick with plenty of towels to accommodate us for our stay. Our bday boy had the best time ever relaxing in the lazy river, watching a movie pool side , not to mention the stock of movies that was provided in our room along with games for children of all ages. Once we had left and returned home we realized that we had left or lost the little guys iPods, through a mutual friend, she reached out to Frank and he took it upon himself to check to see if he could locate them. By that evening we received a phone call stating they found them along with an outfit he had left as well. Thank you Frank for all that you do!!!!

This was our 5th year staying at Waterscape, and the most disappointing condo thus far. The bare minimum was done when referring to cleaning (specifically the floors, bathrooms, and bed linens). On the first night we arrived, we had to request new lines for BOTH rooms because they were badly stained up, dirty, and had unknown debris & sand in them. Additionally, due to the check in time of 4:00. Our (initial) notification to Vacasa didn’t occur until 5:30. Unfortunately, we were informed that there was nobody at Waterscape to help us (as it was after 5:00) and nobody could bring us clean linens (there were no extra was in the rooms either). So at 7:30pm, after an all day travel, we were instructed to wash our own sheets and new ones would be provided the following day. So from 4:30-8:00, I cleaned the condo (including the moldy shower). I’ve never written a “bad” review for Waterscape, but the lack of cleanliness of this condo was unacceptable and can not go unreported. It was noon (the following day) before we were given new sheets, and we were never contacted again (by anyone) to apologize or following up regarding the issue. Lastly, shame on the owners, waterscape, vacasa…… whoever…. For not having an extra set of bed linens available for your customers. This is a family resort, and some type of assistance to your customers should be available (after 5:00) for issues such as this!

The condo itself was a good condo. Good furniture, great location (a good walk from the parking garage, but close to the elevator, pool, and beach), and the view was amazing. However the cleanliness was less than satisfactory. The unit smelled so bad when we opened the door it blew us away, the patio door was left cracked and air was on 75 so it was quite muggy, bathroom rugs were soaked and reeked of mildew, one set of sheets had a giant red stain on them, one had crumbs in the bed, and another had sand stickers in it which leads me to believe none of the sheets were cleaned, and the kitchen utensils were in the drawer dirty. I sent pictures to the concierge that texted us after check in and the front desk called me the next morning. They were supposed to send housekeeping an hour after we called to change all the sheets, but they never came. We only stayed 2 nights, so we weren’t able to get anything taken care of, but it was disappointing to pay so much and have a dirty stinky room.

We loved staying here. This unit is well-equipped with everything you'll need. We loved the layout with a bedroom on either side of the living room, each with a private bathroom including a garden tub. We had a great view of the ocean as well as the lazy river and other pools. Loved our vacation here!

This was a very nice condo with beautiful view of the ocean and the lazy river below. It was very clean, everything in great condition. Very quite as well. Staff was very friendly and eager to please. Vacasa reservations employees kept in touch via text to ensure we were still able to come, that we were arriving on time and even let us check in early . Very impressed with the whole experience! Highly recommend!

Condo was clean and spacious. Loved the furnishings. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Balcony was spacious and balcony furniture was great. Plenty of grills on site. Convenient to get to pool and beach from this condo. Only complaint is the Terrible system to get chairs at the pool

The rooms are Amazingly clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is so relaxing and so comfortable. My Family was able to be together and swim and enjoy ourselves as a Family.

Beach area and water were spectacular. Expected the condo to be a lot cleaner than it was for the price we paid. Very disappointed. Carpet in dining and living were extremely dirty. Hot water in one of bathtubs did not work. Shelve in living area and doors to patio were very dirty and not clean. Again for what we paid I expected this to be much cleaner than it was. Pool and beach were great.

A great getaway!
This was our first visit to ft. Walton beach and we read about the property at Waterscape. After researching building and location information, we reserved A406 for spring break. The unit was very spacious for my husband and myself with our 2 kids. The duo master layout gave us plenty of room plus the bunk bed room was wonderful for our toddler. We cooked in the unit and enjoyed the balcony. Despite some rainy days, we were very impressed with this unit!

Perfection!
Our family visited for the weekend while in town for a lacrosse tournament & we had a wonderful condo stay! The communication was unbelievable, whether by phone or text, rooms were immaculate, and the grounds/beach were all fantastic. We'll certainly be re-booking when we return for the tournament next year. Highly recommended!

Beautiful
This was a great pick for my family and I. This condo is very beautiful and clean! We enjoyed our stay, and the beautiful overlook of the ocean from the balcony. They provide you with some basic needs, but not all. If you plan on cooking breakfast, I’d recommend taking your own pan. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay and close to everything (grocery stores, boardwalk, restaurants and beach access).

Beach Vacation
Loved the Condo, was clean and The two master suites, both having there own private bathrooms with separate shower and bathtubs was a plus. The bunk beds had there own room and half bath, so everyone had there own bathroom. Ocean views on the balcony and the kids really enjoyed all the pools and lazy river. The only draw back was the traffic in town was bad. Overall I really enjoyed the place, seemed more family friendly, then most and the umbrella and two chairs coming with the room was a huge plus, not to mention the two parking passes. It was nice to have it all included, instead of all the extra up charges. Would highly recommend!

Great Condo But Lacked Details
To start, the condo was very nice and clean! That is super important but it was a challenge for us to keep it clean when we were not given any extra soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, coffee, etc. This is the first Florida condo I’ve stayed at that had no extras. All in all, we dealt with it but compared with other properties, that stands out. It’s the little touches.

Don’t waste your money on the drinks at the Fudpuckers tiki hut. They’re weak and they don’t even sell the cups they advertised. The food was great though!

Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Didn’t get to enjoy the pools or lazy river because the water was so cold. (Weather was in the high 60’s) But we were able to use the heated pool and hot tubs. There were only two things I noticed that could’ve been better. Some outlets throughout the apartment didn’t work and the condo did not have any pans. We had a really hard time trying to cook everything in pots. Overall, we had a great time and plan to come back later this summer!

Great Condo
My family of 6 stayed in this condo and we had a great experience. Easy pool and beach access, free movie rentals, we had a lot of fun. The price was fantastic as well. The master bed needs some adjustments, because the headboard moves around too much with the slightest movement in bed, but other than that, it was a great experience.
