The location is very good.

I tried to change my checkout dates it took very long to be approved by the property and at the end i have to stay for all my reserved dates. Not proper vantilation in the rooms. No extra blanket availabe.,The blanket provided for king size bed is too small. Only one Towel was there in bathroom there should be more than one. Not enought toiletries were present. The faciities also says hairdryer but we couldnt find it. One electric socket was broken in the room and there were only UK standard electric socket were present in the room i have to buy a convertor to plug in my laptop.

Room was clean and interior was very good. Good ambiance.

The washroom was without exaust fan. Even though asked the staff to check it out but turned deaf ears. The toillatires was just shamful.

Staff was very friendly and helpful

When I was arrived room floor was sticky and dirty, bed sheets was dirty and pillows have hair that’s the down point, I have to order new sheets and pillow covers for myself, other then that everything was good, hotel have free breakfast and it was good and they provide paper cups and plastic spoons everyone was very friendly and helpful.

1. A lot of mirror work everywhere in hotel. 2. Some basics were not available like electric kettle, tissue papers etc. 3. The bed. No idea why double bed is always Queen size when room is like 12ft x 25ft. Also, spring mattress is too bad while mostly hotels have this. Very uncomfortable for me at least.

I reserved a room with a double bed and a sofa bed and instead I was given a room with a double bed only, the staff was not friendly too.
