Large living area. Dining room for breakfast and the farmhouse garden. Extra facilities were very useful.

once you have found your way to this guesthouse anythink goes relaxed. and if your bloodstream ist filled with 98 octane you will love this place. the host will serve you a real perfect breakfast and if you like later he will show you his garage.

Our bedroom was stunning, the bed was so comfortable and we had a fantastic night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very kind when my husband was unwell. I would highly recommend Lower Severalls Farmhouse.

We booked this B and B for a friend's wedding that was taking place over the road at Haslebury Mill. We needed earlier check-in, and emailed to ask. It was no hassle at all, and in fact we were even earlier and still no drama. We parked up, got access to the room straight away and settled in. It gave us time to quickly change and freshen up. The owners were very helpful in giving us a short-cut route to get to the venue, and asked us what time we wanted breakfast, which was a lovely touch.

We stayed for just one night in the ground floor room which was large, beautifully furnished and immaculate. We received a fantastic welcome by the owners and great breakfast the next morning. We just wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely return.

We stayed for one night in the willows room for a wedding at the mill across the road with our daughter. The room was excellent, very clean and tidy, more than adequate space and I loved the wet room. Would highly recommend staying here

We stayed in the ground floor room Willow, a lovely comfortable room with large bed and wet room. We were greeted by Mary our hostess with some delicious home-made cake and tea. The breakfast was equally good, home-made jam, fruit from the garden and a full English, beautifully cooked. I don't think I have tasted better.

We stayed overnight as were in the area for a friends wedding. We were allowed to check in early to enable us together ready. Nothing was too much trouble.

Mike and Mary were really welcoming, we had a lot in common, and all done so well with a twist of humour! Visited 5 “ spontaneous pick from a hat” local venues during our 2 night stay , not disappointed with any! Lovely pubs / dog walks / galleries and local dining ! Thank you
