I loved everything about our stay at Zenza Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The view was beautiful and the staff’s customer service was extraordinary.

There was not anything that I did not like about this property.

It was nice to have the food and water available all day! They were very helpful with recommendation and with getting transportation.

The pool and roof top could be opened a little later.

Bed was very uncomfortable, and at night no one is available at front desk. There is no food after 9pm or no where close to get food.

I don’t have any complaints, however on the island other hotels and resorts offer a complimentary drink and hand towel upon arrival; that would be a nice touch if this hotel did the same.

Beautiful spacious room, lovely staff and a reception stacked with fruits and bakery items as well as cold water bottles all the time.

The swimming pool is not good at all however with so many pristine beaches around it's not the worst thing in the world.

breakfast was generic pastries, fruit, and juices it was close to a nice restaurant and nice beaches not too far from things.

This Hotel was really clean, all the staff was super friendly and nice. The view was amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Zenza Boutique Hotel is a piece of heaven with so much peace and tranquility . Upon check- in, I was pleasantly greeted by Jem. She was very detailed explaining the amenities on site and the local restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Additionally I stayed in the Penthouse Suite which included double patio with the view of the Marina, along with a jacuzzi. As someone who drinks a lot of water, I appreciated the availability of bottle waters, fruits, fresh squeezed orange juice and pastry on the main floor. I also want to share that they provide rides to the beach upon request, schedule your clear boat photo shoot, excursions and also call taxis for you if needed. The staff take great care of the property, there’s always someone cleaning and all staff on ground have a warm personality to ensure that you are comfortable and safe. Overall this place is a 10/10 nestled in Grace Cove. I look forward to my next vacation here.

I loved the location of the hotel. There were three restaurants nearby that had a variety of food/drink options that you could choose from.

Although the location was safe, I did not like that there was not a lock on the patio doors.

we stayed at the penthouse, and it’s really worth it. the room is much bigger than it seems in the pictures, it has a lovely view and the jacuzzi… well, that’s a really amazing add-on. I would definitely stay there again.

I enjoyed the breakfast and cold water available the entire day.

The rooftop and lobby was closed at 8pm. Bathroom door is not set up for privacy with non-family members.

The hotel is brand new and everything in it is modern. I loved the entire layout of the hotel with all the white and modern style furniture. We stayed at both the penthouse and luxury king room, the penthouse is bigger with a nice top floor view with a nice jacuzzi. It was lighted and heated, perfect for the nights and early mornings. The king luxury room didn’t have the jacuzzi outside but did have the white circular tub that I soaked in many nights. It’s a very nice modern tub which looked good and also felt incredible. The front desk staff of Jem, John, and Ron were amazing. Salamat to you all! Will definitely come back if I ever come to Turks again.

Nothing could have been better. This hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and I would love to return. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
