Very beautiful place, decorated with love. The property is not so far from the beach (app. 10 minutes); it's small, so not too many people and you can relax near the pool. We loved our room, which was clean and tidy. The owner and the staff are extremely friendly and were ready to help us every moment. We checked out in the night and were given the take-out breakfast. It was so sweet :)

We absolutely loved the property and everything about it. We stayed in 5 differend hotels during our 3 week stay in Zanzibar and Mimi na Wewe was the best of all. We had two bedroom apartment with living room and kitchen, rooms were clean and tidy. Working air con in all rooms, mosquito nets on all windows. They were cleaning the pool every day. Staff is extreamly friendly and were ready to do everything for you. We had few chances to spend some time with the owner - she is very nice and friendly lady from Switzerland. It is quite small and cozy place, so not too many people, you always have a chair by the pool, feels very chill and relaxed. Local Beach is about 10mins walk, Kendwa beach is about 15mins drive. Less then 10mins walk there is a Cocobello Bar Night Club (works 3 times a week) with music and dances and fit beach boys who does a show at midnight. Nice African vibes and good local experience.

My husband and me are highly impressed with the hotel. We stayed for one week and we are grateful for everyone for the hospitality and kindness of the stuff. Daily breakfast was amazing: the cooker cooked those which we want: toast, eggs, vegetables. Also, stuff always took into account our wishes if we ordered food in the hotel. The hotel is located at 500 metres from the beach, but it wasn't a problem because of a great swimming pool in the hotel territory. Our house was also very clean as the stuff cleaned it every day.

Everything was perfect! The area is very cozy and tranquil. Room had everything we needed. The host is super friendly and welcoming. Recommended!

The property had a really laid back feel, it was very quiet and relaxing.

Breakfast could be improved, the fruit selection was the same each day, more variety would be better.

The property in itself is well decorated and clean. The swimming pool is definitely its best feature.

The location is in fact a little far than expected. The need more variety in the breakfast menu, as there’s not much to choose from. They should adjust the prices for menu, it can get slight expensive if you are staying longer than 3 Days; they also need a Second Chef, one cannot do that busy job by themselves. There were other issues, but I shall not mention them here.

Great hospitality from the staff, everything was very clean and well organised.

The beach was further than we anticipated. Distance wise it may be not too bad, but the roads are unpaved so it takes long to go anywhere. We resolved this by taking local moto taxis.

Unbelievably friendly hosts and staff. Rooms clean and well prepared with air conditioning. Simply amazing

Location is between Nungwi and Kendwa so it’s little far away from beaches but no problem, it’s 15 minutes by walk or 5 minutes with scooter

We were there just one night including a New year celebration, but it was so nice. The swiming pool is realy very nice, so even if it is not a beach hotel, we feel very relaxing there. Our garden party organized by Irene was realy great fun. Mix of guests and staff👍👍👍. Irene is so nice. Our daughter was a little sick in the day of our departure, but Irene allow us to check out in 1 p.m. for free. Fortunately it was just one day problem and our daughter was o.k. next day ) probably too sun on a beach day before. The hotel has got very high standart of hospitality, rooms are realy big and clean and everyone was very helpful. So thank very much especialy to Irene.

It is close to Royal Beach which is a quieter beach and great for swimming, however a bit far from any other beaches and from the town center. But you can use a motorcycle to get places and the hotel staff can help you get one.

We stayed for 6 wonderful nights. Very friendly owner and staffs. The rooms are new, clean and very spacoius. Thers is a fridge in the room that makes it easier for the guest to store cold drinks in the December heat. The breakfast and the food in general was delicious. The place is quiet and very beautiful with different kinds of fruit trees. The garden/ whole compound is well kept. The pool is very clean. The place is quite secluded makes it a nice place when you need to relax. We genuinely recommend this place.

The facilities are amazing. The pool was phenomenal and the aesthetic of the whole place makes it feel like paradise. The staff were easygoing and helpful.

Nice and clean rooms

The location is bit far from the beach. It is still a walkable, distance, but the streets miss some atmosphere.

One of my best holidays in my life!!stuff and owners were exceptional. They made us feel comfortable..provided us tips...meet great people..it s location is not far away from great beaches of the region, you can even use the bikes to explore the region further...for the lazy ones a beach is located 5 mins from the resident.Lovely breakfast and awesome meals.Totally recommend it.

Rooms were clean, pool area was great, staff was very friendly. 10min walk to the first beach, 20 to Nungwi and Kendwa beaches. We were happy about the accomodation overall.

Restaurant is not the best..

The Staff is above my expectations almost family like atmosphere. the chefs are very accommodating the owner is above the opration , food is top and reasonable $.most definitely recommend it and come back again.

Quiet location tucked away from the main touristy spot, which was great. Short walk to the beach and lovely pool.

A few more breakfast options would have great but just a small point.

Loved it there. It's in quiet location, yet just short walk from beaches or town. Amazing kitchen, nice pool, everything is very clean, price is in comparison to others also good. Irene and Malim are awesome, will help you with whatever you need. We then went to other places, but this was the best. Go for it.
