Clean, spacious apartment with a balcony. Quiet location.
After booking with Booking.com the rest of the process was dealt with by a 3rd party called 'The Finer Dwelling Company'. This in itself wasn't a problem but their booking procedure was very complicated involving uploading documents and dealing with their own booking portal. Details of checking in wasn't released until very close to the day of arrival and picking up the keys was a 20 minute walk away from the apartment to a local supermarket. The £250 deposit was also unexpected. Having said that, the communication with them was good, which was handy as my code I needed to pick up the keys was wrong and I had to call for a new one.
The whole thing did work out in the end but be prepared to do a lot of work yourself.

The property was nice and spacious but not in the best area
The property was good. The area was not the most ideal

Flat was decent. .
Collecting keys from a grocery shop which was a 10 min walk .
Bathroom door issue notified to hosts and rectified on day2 , so we all ended up using 1 bathroom between 2 families on arrival. Having said that , team was responsive / did their best.

A bit of a walk from the railway station to get the keys from the local suypermarket. No hot water to shower in for 2 days.

The size of the apartment

It's two bedroom flat with two baths - ideal for 4x people. kitchen appliances are made by Siemens/Bosch - what is for me guarantee of functionality and quality. flat was very clean and very close (?20-30 steps?) to bus stop -> so it was easily to made a trips to city center. on a half way to bus stop was a small tesco store. furthermore in the evening you can walk to the Thames river (20-30min walk) and see lighting tower bridge and the whole city center. doesn't is sound like a holidays?
two points to be improved. first - the showers has a very low water-pressure even the normal water flow seems to be a strong enough. second - chairs at a dining table are ready to be changed, their best times are over.

Good location, nice, big apartment for a family of 4. Very good and quick customer service. Easy transportation.
Heating is a bit weak, some renovation is needed. Getting the keys are a bit far from the apartment with luggage to walk. No EU plug adaptors, os USB ports, so don't forget to bring yours otherwise no chance to charge your phone!

The host was super friendly and easy to deal with. The value was good for London, considering it was in a nice location and was super close to shops. We were unable to use the balcony due to a breakage caused previously, and the host refunded us a portion of our stay
There were a lot of maintenance issues with the apartment, such as the bathroom doors not being able to close, the shower door not being able to close, a crack in the sink, and broken dining furniture that should have been resolved before our stay. Also some of the plates and cutlery were dirty

the apartment was very modern and spacious. it’s closer to a few shops and the owners provided us with things that wasn’t compulsory.
there was no free parking. the tv was fluctuating. additionally we didn’t have access to the balcony

Great location, couldn’t be better for proximity to Tower Bridge and the South Bank. Just off Bermondsey Street for great bars and restaurants. Good sized rooms, modern bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and a Tesco 1 minute away!

Comfortable and clean and the location was great, we walked to tower bridge and from there you can get anywhere. The apartment had everything we need. Local shops just outside. Would stay there again.
The only let down was no parking

Loved the size, the kitchens bathrooms and bedrooms. All really good size. Very clean. Apartment was secure too felt very safe. Very close to buses, we walked to the Tower of London. Tesco express was a 1 minute walk from the apartment. Greg's also 1 minute. As a family of 5 we had two sleeping on the sofa beds. They were really comfy and easy to use. The two bathrooms were fantastic and helpfully.
We couldn't get the heating in living room to work. This was the only place we couldn't get it to work the rest of the apartment was warm. The balcony door wouldn't complete close, so the living room felt cold all the time. The TV was by free view but it would stop working from time to time. The Internet stopped working too from time to time also.

Perfectly placed with lovely cafes, bars and restaurants all nearby. 10 minute walk from London Bridge station.
Clean and spacious.
Key collection was very straightforward.
Decor a bit tired but only needs a bit of tlc.

Great apartment. Very clean and in a great location. Collecting the keys was very easy and the owner was always at hand to help.

The property was clean and comfortable
The remote for the TV didn’t work and therefore couldn’t use it. The the heating took too long to come on and also the balcony door wouldn’t close properly and therefore allowed a draft in. We also rang the service team but no one actually came out to us for our arrival or for our enquiries regarding the remote and the door.
