the staff is so hospitable that my friends and I are surprised. The environment is cozy and we really enjoy it

Lovely hostel! It was comfortable and clean and the staff were always at hand if you needed anything or there was a problem. The beds and pillow were really comfy as well. Showers are lovely and hot and nice pressure! Central location so you’re within walking distance of everything within the area. Me and my friends will definitely be back! Thank you for looking after us and making our stay as comfortable as possible.

Dining room is great! But could do with some kitchen roll or wipes just to clean up the mess when making tea/coffee etc.

Small fridge room carpet was not clean

No fans in room Didn’t like bunk beds at all uncomfortable No shampoo or soaps provided No water on first floor kept on going to cellar to Drink water. They definiteley could do with improvement.

We liked the location.

The building is old, so the floors were squeaking every time someone walked anywhere. I think we were just lucky not so many people did when we stayed.

Excellent location near to ice cream parlour, amusements, shops, fish and chips, Starbucks, promenade and beach. Excellent staff.
