It may be a cliche but I rarely write reviews - partly because I know I am very fussy. I have to provide feedback on this occasion though to do justice to the wonderful staff at the hotel. Without doubt the best service I have experienced and I will definitely return.
I really enjoyed the location - slightly quieter than some but that really suited us. The room was spotless and the concierge was extremely helpful in booking taxis etc - even when we were running late.
We were fortunate enough to book the panoramic suite. I really value privacy and this was excellent as we had the entire top floor to ourselves, with wonderful views of Paris.
We look forward to returning soon.

The location is astonishing. It may be only us though - we were looking for a quiet spot in the heart of Paris, within walking distance from more vibrant areas.
The view was typical for Paris, tin roofs everywhere. Our room was on the 6th floor.
The hotel was under renovation. That was horrible because we paid for two days of luxury and received just an accommodation. It wasn't noisy and the staff tried to do everything in their power to make our stay as pleasant as possible, but it's never nice when you're envisioning a 19th century beauty and you're finding a building surrounded by scaffolding, with half of the lobby behind protection panels and cables everywhere.
Room quite dated, nothing modern in it, but that's part of the Parisian experience I assume, if that's what you're looking for.

Perfect location. Exceptionally helpful staff. Very Clean and comfortable room. We loved every minute staying at the Grand Hôtel Du Palais Royal.
The room service food was absolutely delicious but it would have been nice to have a little more variety.

The location is outstanding. The hotel was exquisite and very clean. The spa service was excellent. and I can’t say enough about how helpful the concierge service was. They went above and beyond to help us with every detail of our trip. very satisfied. would love to stay here again.
The housekeeping service was a bit inconsistent.

Really welcoming staff. Super helpful concierge who booked museum tickets for us that weren’t available on line, found us really good restaurants when they all booked. Really helpful in accommodating our timings, looking after bags and getting room ready early. Great breakfasts too!

Fabulous boutique hotel in central location to the best sites and shopping, not to mention the restaurants. Our room this stay was a suite with a balcony and king bed. The bath and shower were separate and there was a second small room with a pull out sofa bed for those bringing children. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This is the third time we have stayed there and for good reason. Highly recommend!

Breakfast was excellent and included in our price. Central location and near to all such as the Lourve, shopping, the Seine, great restaurants etc. via walking only. Have been there before and plan to come back. Our room while small is not unusual for Europe but was very comfortable and had a nice view of the courtyard. They have a small but nice workout area and a great steam room that I enjoyed. The staff was extremely friendly and were eager to assist. We strongly recommend this boutique hotel.
Only complaint and this is minor but because of my bad back it was a bit of a challenge to get into the bathtub where the shower was and because there was a small glass panel on the left side of the shower , the floor would get wet each time.

The rooms were tiny and our booking of 2 twin beds wasn’t honored at first, which required us to switch rooms. For the price we paid, I was expecting more.

The location was amazing, so close to the Louvre and within walking distance to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The property was very quiet and clean as well.

All the staff were fabulous - helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, the aircon was bliss, and the location could not have been better. Will 100% stay at the Grand Hotel du Palais Royal next time I am in Paris!
