The apartment was spacious, recently decorated and modern. The host was very friendly, took us to the apartment and showed us around, where stuff was and that we were happy with everything. The apartment was fully equipped with a smart TV, a modern shower and bath room, a spacious bedroom, large living room with balcony and view over the snow topped Alps, a fully equiped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and a table and chairs for 4. It comes with free parking but the max height is 2m and we were unable to use that, but there was plenty of parking nearby. A previous review stated that it was in a poor location for visiting Grenoble but we didn't find that. Within 10 minutes walk is the Centre Commercial Grand Place which is also the location of the tram network, from where you can get into the centre of town in about 10-15 minutes and also to and from the Train Station. The Grand Place has all the shops you would hope to find in a large shopping centre and there is a Carefour Hypermarket a few minutes walk from there. Its well located if you need somewhere to stay for any exhibition at AlpExpo as that its only a few hundred metres away. We stayed primarily for skiing at Alpe D'huez, which is just over an hour to the Bergers lift area, but my partner doesn't ski so she wanted to visit museums and sight seeing in Grenoble. The apartment was perfect for both of us.

Nothing that would put us off staying again. On arriving I was a little concerned about the area as it is large high rise buildings and it felt a bit intimidating, but everyone we passed outside said hello and we didn't have any issues during our stay.

For context, travelled as a group of 4 young adults. The balcony and the view was astounding. It was spacious and showed a wonderful view of the mountains, and the sunrise. There was an elevator and a door with 3 locks at disposal. The neighbours were calm and friendly as well. Store nearby.

There was no wifi, and the location was a bit far from the center (about 30 mins by walk+tramway). Sense of lesser security at night. Would not travel alone.
