A great location,only 2 minutes walk from the Mall. Owner was super friendly, great to chat to, and very helpful in providing information about the area, and always helpful in ensuring we had good stay.

The behaviour of the host is absolutely best. The ambience inside the hotel room is perfect for budget traveller. It's a pretty good place to stay in a budget. Beds and washroom were perfect as well.
The balcony has no view. I mentioned it to the owner. He said he will change the room name to deluxe room.

The owner of this hotel is very friendly and helpful. He helped us with restaurants and rentals. Also he is very polite and provides help if needed. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

The location is quite good. Very close to Mall . Breakfast is pretty simple. Better to avail sumptuous breakfast elsewhere. Lots of restaurants serve great breakfast.
Rooms are a bit small. Bed is comfortable Otherwise all amenities as mentioned are available. Bathroom is clean.

Breakfast was so delicious and homely. Location is centered that we could walk through across shops and busy market.

We stayed at SVR Inn for a night but it was a special night for us as it was my B Day....The hospitality and the passion for the guests I have seen from SVR Inn management was awesome .....I am overwhelmed by their services and caring attitude towards guests.
I felt that I was at my home and would request everyone to stay at least once to feel home away home.

The owner was super nice, location superb and breakfast very delicious. It gets cold at night and no accommodation has heating systems, but they have thick blankets so you get comfortably warm. The shower is hot 24/7!

Besides being a bit noisy in the early morning, room was perfect. Comfy bed, a balcony, a shower and a heater for an additional 300 rupee charge. Romel is fantastic, very attentive and considerate in every way, in a quiet and polite manner. Room was clean and well furnished. Location is perfect, right at the center of things. Highly recommended.

SVR INN is the perfect place to stay in Darjeeling. The location is ideal for visiting all of the main sights. The rooms are newly refurbished and are immaculately clean. The beds are very comfortable and the linen new. Best of all, Romel (the owner) and his family are honestly the best hosts we have had in the whole of India (and we have had loads of great ones). He was so so helpful in assisting us to find local places, book treks and transportation, learn about the history and culture of Darjeeling and to generally have a wonderful time. He is also a very genuinely lovely person. Finally, the breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is made by Romel’s wife and is absolutely delicious. Overall, a perfect experience!

I feel at home in the queen hill. Specially, Romel jee and his family are very cooperative and caring for their guest. The breakfast is excellent. Even I have taken excellent dinner also on the first day.
