This house was wonderful, all on one level, with wheelchair ramp, four handicapped accessible bedrooms and bathrooms, and roomy group areas, including a lovely kitchen (with a wheelchair accessible kitchen sink --so thoughtful). Thank you.

We had a fantastic time in Take A Mulligan! The location is between downtown Branson and Silver Dollar City…very convenient!! The house was immaculately clean and very spacious for our group of 8. House is located a short drive ( or walk) from clubhouse pool. Check in was easy and communication good with hosts. Here were the few small things that would make a huge difference for a stay: 1.Pillows were horrible in all bedrooms. 2. No bath mats for when you get out of shower. 3. No pool towels. 4. A couple of bathrooms had shampoo or body wash, some had none. A starter of shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bath would be wonderful for a house at this price point. 5. Makeup wipes or black wash cloths so you don’t have to get eye make on white towels. 6. Basic spices were missing ( no salt), we couldn’t find any Tupperware or containers to hold any leftover food or any kind of wrap to cover bowls. The single fry pan was so terrible we all struggled with cooking even an egg (with butter). Again, The house is great, these are very small inexpensive things we all agreed would have made the stay even better. FYI- pool is open limited hours and there is no hot tub, or it wasn’t heated. Couldn’t figure out. This isn’t the fault of the owners… just good to know if an important part of your trip is to use the pool or a hot tub. A great spot for a stay in beautiful Branson!!!

The house was perfect for my husband, daughter and myself. My husband is in a wheelchair and he could go anywhere in the home. Everything was great!

House was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Everyone having their own private bath was great! We were within 15 minutes of everything but location itself is very quiet and private. When we weren’t busy in town, we enjoyed relaxing on the deck that backed up to a wooded area - even saw a wild turkey the morning we left. Highly recommend this listing! Don’t miss Queen Esther and The Haygoods if you’re in Branson! They were amazing!

This is a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. It is close to everything in Branson. It was very nice to have a bathroom to each bedroom. The Christmas tree and other decorations were a special touch for us. And the handicap accommodations were much appreciated since we had one person who is almost wheelchair bound. The home is very spacious in the common areas which is nice with a group. The owners were very cordial and quick to answer our questions and needs. We enjoyed our time in this home very much! And we would definitely book this place again.

Great place for a family with a handicapped person. Entrance wheelchair ramp and large bathrooms in each bedroom (including a handicap bathroom) are a big plus. A Christmas tree was already set up when we arrived and added a nice touch to our stay. The owners were very helpfull in explaining any potential issues we might have using the tv's, door locks, etc. and were readily available if we had any issue. We stayed five nights and never had any problems. Great place to stay.

Very clean property, owners very tentative and prompt to emails and questions. Little frustrated with TV system, batteries weee not good in some remotes, surround sound never stayed paired to tv. Also the coffee bar was not stocked with some k cups and coffee like stated. But overall very nice place and would book again.

Exactly as described. Even though the houses are fairly close together, we never heard or even saw anybody else. Very quiet, country feel, yet close enough to everything to be anywhere in 15 minutes. As nice as any VRBO anywhere we have stayed.

Having stayed here once before, it was such as pleasant experience that I had to book it again for this visit. All friends & family loved the peaceful quiet yet convenient location to many restaurants and shopping. They also enjoyed having their own bathroom off of each room. Very safe and beautiful place to stay. We all loved there fire place and there outdoor patio. We are already talking about getting it again next year. The owners provide detailed descriptions which better prepares the guest, and they always answer promptly via text or phone. This is a lovely place to stay, you won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable accommodations with plenty of room for our group of 8 adults. Quiet area but easy to get to the strip. Paul was always quick to respond when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is fantastic. The location, interior and amenities are all very good. The owners were very good about communicating needed details. The only thing we thought could have better are the beds. The mattress in bedroom 3 is broken, all of the mattresses need replacing, the linens are worn out/very old and the pillows definitely need replacing. The house is like a Hilton but the beds/etc are not. Having said that, we did enjoy our stay. Loved the living room area, kitchen and especially the coffee bar!

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. This property was an excellent choice. The bridal party stayed in this villa and loved the openness and large space. Having four bathrooms for 7 women getting ready was perfect. We definitely recommend this property and would stay here again whenever in the area.

We really enjoyed staying at this property! We have a daughter in a wheelchair so this house was perfect for us! It is very accessible. There were 6 of us that stayed here & there was more than enough room for us. The hosts were fantastic with great communication! We would definitely recommend this property!

This place was perfect for one of our guests with mobility issues. Everything was lovely and the younger set enjoyed the pool and pickleball courts.

We had a few issues on the beginning but Paul was very quick to respond and did any issues we had. I really enjoyed our stay and If my family and I come back to Branson I would def stay here again

This property was perfect! Our party included my wife and myself, our daughters, a son-in-law, and my wife’s father. Each of us were overly impressed with the house. The rooms were incredible and the ability to just hang out and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings made our vacation so much better. One of my daughters is disabled and in a wheelchair . This is the most accessible home I’ve seen outside of our own. It was so much easier taking care of her ina space that was designed to be accessible. Our hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Branson!

We had a great time in Branson and loved The Branson Hills house . It was nice, clean, lots of room, and bathrooms for each bedroom. We would definitely stay here again when in Branson. Also close to all the things to do there in Branson.

Take a Mulligan was far and away the best place we’ve stayed in Branson. It is spacious, clean, and offerers all the amenities you could want. The owners/hosts were wonderfully communicative. The back deck supplied us and our family lots of cool, breezy family time. The location was ideal for our stay in that it provided a quiet location, yet allowed us access to Branson attractions in less than 15 minutes. We can’t wait to hang out at Take a Mulligan again!

The property owners communicated very well. We were well prepared with all the information that we needed and when we did have a question they responded immediately! I would love to return again to stay!

The property is very spacious with great decor. The 4 bedroom 4 bath made it accomadating and convenient for everyone. The villas are tucked away on a quiet hillside with very little car traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definately stay here again.

The owners were very responsive to any questions I may have had. The villa is a beautiful 4/4 that fit our needs perfectly. This villa is situated close to all of Branson activities, in a beautiful golf course setting. It is very private and quiet. I would highly recommended VRBO and the owners of this property.

Beautiful home with lots of room for all ages. I travel with my 97 year old dad and the handicap bathroom along with outside ramp is perfect for him. Everyone enjoys their own bedroom and private bath along with their own tv. It makes it afford a quiet space to retire and unwind from the day! Back patio is amazing to sit out on and enjoy a meal while you feel like you are in a Forrest of trees! So relaxing.

Stayed here for a wedding in Merriam woods. Very accommodating, close to a lot but feels like you are out of the city. Nice and roomy and love there is a bathroom in each bedroom! Makes getting ready so easy! Highly recommend!

This place is GREAT! All four bedrooms have their own, large, private, double sink bathroom. One is handicap..with walk in shower (no lip of any height), grab bars and high boy toilet. Other showers have small step over lip. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. Large open floor plan. Separate offee bar area. Large kitchen bar with barstools. Location to town is perfect!

This house was perfect for our family of 7 adults. Having a bathroom in each of the four bedrooms was wonderful! The house was clean and had enough of anything we needed to get started ( dish soap, toilet paper, ppr towels, etc). We didn’t cook while there but kitchen seemed well stocked. Location was no more than about 15 minutes from anything we visited. Hosts communication was thorough and answered any questions I had.
