We really enjoyed the stay in this beautiful place. Well maintained, clean, and close to everything that North Conway and the neighborhood has to offer.
The condo is clean, has a lot of extra things like toys for kids and a hockey table for teenagers and adults. The whole finished basement is big playroom.
My family and I, including a toddler and teenage boy, had a great time there.
The host is also very nice and easy to communicate with.

The listing is spot on - what you see if what you get. The location is perfect - located near everything! The pictures on the website look exactly like we found it. The condo was clean. Ryan, the property owner was friendly and responsive.
There is plenty of room to spread out and spend time with family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ryan's townhouse. It was very clean and comfortable and plenty of space for our family of five. (Including 3 teen-agers/young adults) The finished basement with an air hockey table was a nice bonus! We loved the location...it has a woodsy feel but is still very close to town and the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

A group of 5 friends and I stayed here for two nights to float the Saco and explore the Conway area. Ryan could not have been a better host. Our communications (while brief, since not much was needed) were easy and super friendly. The house was perfect for our group, we loved the space and the location. It’s a perfect place to call home base. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will hopefully have the opportunity to stay here again!

House was perfect for us. Kids loved having their own space in the finished basement. Plenty of beds and space for everyone. Communication with owner was very timely, even when we got a bit turned around finding the place! Location was great. Just secluded enough to be quiet and in the woods but only 10 minutes to downtown. We had a great time and would book here again.

Very happy with our recent trip to North Conway. Not only was this rental exactly as advertised it provided great access to everything you’d want to go/see in North Conway, it had tones of space for our 3 kids to hang out and relax. We had a blast playing air hockey and relaxing watching movies while it snowed outside. We had to reach out for help when we got to the unit and Ryan picked up right away! I will definitely be renting again in the future.

The condo was nice, exactly how the listing was. Everyone had their own rooms and there was even toys for my 3 year old to play with which was fantastic. The owner was very friendly when messaging, close to all the restaurants and shops. Will definitely keep it on my list of future rentals

All my family enjoyed our stay. The only thing was that there is no AC, just fans to use around the house. And the rooms upstairs got really hot. It was a plus that there’s a basement which was nice and cool so some were able to sleep down there. I would still recommend it! Ryan was a great host and the over all experience was definitely a positive one.

Overall, this was a fine place. Large space and fit everyone comfortably (5 of us total) A few things could be updated/fixed up but generally speaking was fine. The outside grill is unusable, the finished basement has been updated recently but the smell in the basement prevented us from going down. The stairs to the loft are steep and small (one of our family members fell down the steps).

Ryan is such a great host, always quick to answer my questions. The property is nicely secluded from the road, in the woods so that it's peaceful. The house is plenty big and has room for our 7 group party (5 adults and 2 kids). If you want tranquility and be in nature, this place is for you! Highly recommand!

Cozy condo for Conway trip
We had an amazing time at Ryan’s condo in North Conway. Perfect for a family/friends weekend trip to Story Land. We had four adults plus four kids, all under five years old. Checkin was a breeze. With the upstairs loft everyone had a bed, and while the beds are not luxurious, it was cozy and fun. Air hockey table in the basement was a huge win for the boys! Overall we had an awesome time and highly recommend this spot!!

We really enjoyed our stay this was a beautiful place and had everything we needed it was close to all attractions and never had to worry about a thing. This was a wonderful place for a getaway and will book again in near future

Cozy town house
We had a great stay as a family of four. There was plenty of room, a nice sized mud room for our ski gear and the house lay out was great. The kids had fun playing out back and with the air hockey table. The kitchen cookware is a bit run down, but other parts of the home have been updated. We enjoyed our stay.

Fun In The Woods!
Very spacious condo perfect for our gathering of friends. Beautiful views from sitting area in the morning. Bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. Huge TV and game room on lower floor. Family Time!
Our family had a great time!!! Ryan was quick to introduce himself and made communication very easy and comfortable. The cabin is cozy but has plenty of space that suited our needs with teenagers! The location is perfect for easy trip into town!

Great Weekend
Great place to stay for the weekend, close to the center but with the mountain feel. Master bedroom was very comfortable, and plenty of beds for kids. Ryan was very responsive. Air Hockey and Atari for the kids was a definite plus.

Not as advertised
The property was clean but not “beautiful” as advertised or as the reviews described. The unit needs significant updates, had bad smell, and runs out of hot water after 2 short showers. I was very disappointed. If I had the opportunity, I would have left and stayed somewhere else. Owner was responsive but there isn’t much that could be done other than refund my money.

Spacious Condo in woods but close to all the amenities
Beautiful viewing of the foliage from the slider and large dining window. Very spacious condo with 4 floors and a good sized deck. Very quiet, secluded in the woods, but only a few minutes from town. We had a great long weekend! Thanks Ryan.

Weekend with daughters
We absolutely loved staying at your property. The location was just what we wanted and a very quick drive into North Conway. The property was clean, welcoming and quiet. What a wonderful treat to wake up on a bluebird day and see two deer grazing in the yard! The condo was fabulous and Ryan, our host, even checked in with us to make sure we found it and had arrived without any problems! This condo was the perfect location to Storyland and Echo Lake State Park. The owner was great with communicating when we had to contact him during our stay. The space was wonderful for 3 small families. Everyone slept comfortably and the living/dining spaces were great.

Very nice place and super affordable
Great location (close to the main drag in North Conway), a lot of room, very quiet and very, very good price for what you're getting. I would just bring a fan with you especially in the summer months. Ryan was also very responsive. Highly recommend
