Beautiful location. Clean and quiet area. Friendly, helpful and flexible hosts. Good food and fair prices. In reality everything looks better than the pictures 😁

Excellent breakfast, good comfortable rooms and nice service. We arrived late into the night and they waited for us so we could check-in.

the rooms were clean , but a lot of basic amenities missing
everything else . we booked this property because it was close to prejmer where we had a competition with the horses the whole weekend . At the arrival the only thing they asked was how would I like to pay , cash or card , that was in the first minute when I arrived so I did . then I asked about the restaurant , they don’t have a menu , they close at 9 . ok . then we asked if they organize events because we saw that the tables were decorated and they were very amused when they told us they do , and they have 2 weddings this weekend , Friday and Saturday . We then asked if it doesn’t bother the people the fact that there isn’t even a separate entrance for the guests , they were again amused and said that it doesn’t bother the party people , it bothers the guests sometimes , which was basically us . On Friday and Saturday the floor of the room was shaking and the walls as well from the loud music until 12 am . On Friday they also started an after party around 5 am on the terrace and all the dogs were barking . So all in all , I would not come back and I do not recommend.

Exactly as expected. Nice room, comfortable, nice bath tub & shower. Friendly & welcoming to late night arrivals.

We really enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. The building is very beautiful and nice decorated. The owners were friendly and polite with us. We eat some tasteful dishes there. Everything was clean and a nice room parfum was delightful. We would like to return at the house as soon as we can.

The host is very nice and welcoming, the location is great, right next to the forest. Very quiet and can get a good night's rest.
The bathroom didn't have a ventilation system or a window, no hangers or racks to hang clothes.

Even though it was paid in advance, they said it’s impossible we made a reservation because all rooms are occupied and they closed bookings days before… and then when we didn’t let ourselves, suddenly there was an empty room they could prepare for us, which turned out to be the exact same room I booked and paid for. And we waited 20 minutes for them to quickly clean it. The lady was trying to be nice at the end but then she was the one who said we do not have the booking and that there’s no room, so not sure what was all that about..
It looks fancy on the pictures but it’s actually quite dated, sheets not spotless, some damaged furniture.
It does not worth the asking price at all.

The location was very nice, surrounded by mountains and forest. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very nice and friendly. Although it was not close to Brasov, the city we wanted to visit, the road trip to the city was very nice.
