Outside a bit dark at night.

Property was absolutely fine.
Check in was horrendous, didn’t send correct details multiple times. No explanation on how to get into the property. Took 3 hours to actually get into property, correct details were never sent had to guess which box by trying the code on multiples lockboxes.

no keys - could not access the property - poor /no customer propoerty - emergency line only for maintenance so offered no help - I was on my own with no rooms in solihull. will never use them or recommend them again

We loved the on-site designated free parking. Close proximity to the train station to get to Birmingham when needed to go to the office. The apartment was really modern with a great kitchen with good facilities, a cosy living area with television with free view, a great bathroom with rain shower over the bath, and a comfortable bed, quilt, and pillows. the whole apartment was clean and really warm. we only needed to turn the heating on on a few occasions during the over 2 weeks' stay when the weather temperature was below zero. During our stay, we wanted to extend for a few more days, It was really easy to message the request, and Nadia sorted it out really swiftly. We would stay there again because we felt safe and it was quiet. We felt the price we paid was very good value and more spacious than a hotel room and the option to cook if you wanted to, but only a ten minute walk to the bars and restaurants of Solihull.
The designated parking space was difficult to find in the dark when we arrived until we realised there were small circular metal discs in the tarmac with the numbers on for each space, even though the disc was missing for our space!!. The apartment was quite dark. the days I was not in the office and working in the apartment on my laptop, I had to put the lights on all day, there is only one window in the apartment in the kitchen area so that is probably the reason why.

There was long brown hair (As seen in the pictures) all over the floor, which obviously has not been hoovered. The bed sheets were covered in dirt and was not made, which made me think when entering the property that it was already occupied. I felt very uncomfortable and did not want to sleep in the sheets. Also, the sofa was covered in mud and loads of stains.

The apartment itself is good value for money, it's well located and has everything you need in it for a longer stay. Seven Living themselves were also extremely good and super helpful at sorting any issues, and helped me move apartments with no fuss (multiple bookings not due to an issue) but some issues were outside their control - see below. Apartment was clean and new.
The fact that its a construction site (and there was no warning of this), although to be fair there was no noise that I noticed only carpark issues. Carpark is full of deep potholes caused by the construction and parking is not properly assigned despite being sold as having carparking. The numbered parking has all worn off making it quite difficult. . On site managers are hopeless and really let Seven Living down - eg there was a loud beeping from across the hall - 2 weeks later I moved out and it was still going (I know Seven contacted them several times) , The common areas were pretty filthy (someone bled on a the floor this was there for a week) . Important to note that in the apartment was cleaned very well.. Plus passive aggressive recycling with a note on it left in the lobby at one point (this was in a way quite funny though!)

Well appointed and kitted out apartment.
The dishwasher and cooker hob were a little confusing to use. I feel instructions should be clearer and more visible better still perhaps a host could be present on arrival.

Was a good size, amenities where as described. Good location for our stay. Clean and quiet.
Bed was uncomfortable and a better quality mattress would be an improvement.,Towels we’re of poor quality and very small. Parking is a bit hit and miss and a dedicated space for each dot would be better.

Position, quiet because of good double glazing, appliances, tv etc. We enjoyed staying in this 2 room apartment. Also they were very helpful on the phone with any enquiries and our deposit was refunded promptly.
This is a very new property and some things could be added. We are an elderly couple and getting in and out of the bath was difficult and could even be dangerous. Adding a rail or handle would improve matters. Also there was nowhere to place shower gel, shampoo when showering. The communal areas were not cleaned once during our 4 day stay and were dirty.

Location of the property.
The customer care team specialize in harassing the guests. They refused to change the bed. It was bad they refused to give another mattress. Worst was they refused to give another blanket.
The customer care team harassed me so much that me and my mother had to involve the cops.

Great location, really nice apartment. Shower was amazing
There were crumbs swept under the rug so it was crunchy when you walked on it. The kitchen facilities were very limited (no oven trays or oil to use)

modern cosy and everything was available that would be needed. The best thing was the fact it had Netflix with a account connected which you normally never get anywhere else.
The boiler was playing up randomly wasn’t getting any hot watter for the shower for maybe 1-2hrs. The heating system was also playing same as the water.

You could comfortably live there is the best compliment I could give.
The apartment was warm , but when trying to go to bed and having a cover on it was to warm , but sleeping without the cover was to cold. Also the proximity to the train line cause a little bit of disturbance.

I did not appreciate that we can't directly speak to the management. All our conservation were done via emails. And that can be inconvenient.
The website said that you had hair dryers. But there weren't any.
Maybe have a few more amenities in the apartment. A few tablets for the laundry, Dishwashing liquid like Fairy, Kitchen roll, all purpose cleaner, etc.
The wireless internet - Oh dear. Really bad reception. And my mobile data was very weak too

It had parking, it came fully equipped and other then the room sizing a looked just like the images
The room was smaller then some of the photos and I was given the incorrect key code and had to wait outside in the cold for nearly 2 hours and had no compensation for that which I feel is appalling. Also the heating wasn’t the best and for the first 2 days didn’t work
