This place was truly “fully equipped”. Afton, the property manager, was excellent and addressed the very minor issues immediately! (There were only 2). Wonderful place to stay!

The beach was very close and easy to get too. The house was the most furnished house we have stayed in. The owner had literally everything you need, from beach equipment, towels, dishes and anything in between. Would and will be going back.

This home was amazing !! Our family of 6 had more than enough space. The beach and water was so beautiful. The house had everything we needed and more. Afton was very responsive to any questions we had prior to our stay and the flowers and cookies were much appreciated. We definitely would recommend this home and we would love to come back.

We enjoyed our trip and the condo was really nice, well equipped, and right on the beach. We would like to come back again sometime.

This trip to navarre beach was far above and beyond our families expectations this area was beautiful and serene, the house also blew us away we had everything we needed, some of the most comfortable beds ever, and convince to a non overly crowded beach i will definitely be back.

My three daughters and three granddaughters spent our girls trip at your wonderful townhouse and had a great time. We made many memories including the first time to the beach for the younger granddaughter. Everything was as described and we couldn’t have been happier. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the extra touches like flowers and cupcakes were much appreciated. Thank you for making our stay one of the best. Marcia

My coworkers and I stayed at this townhouse for a week and LOVED it!! It was perfect for us. We loved the privacy and not having to fight traffic for elevators or lugging beach supplies a long distance to the beach. The beaches were not crowded, and we really lucked up on the water and weather. We had beautiful weather and the water was crystal clear with no rip issues. The townhouse was very nice and the owners even left us some goodies, which were very tasty! 10/10 recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away from the craziness that condos and more touristy areas provide. It was still close enough to go to good restaurants and do other activities. The only thing that I would suggest to the owners is to build a boardwalk from the townhouse to the beach, but even so it’s not a long walk at all. Thanks again for letting us stay!! We plan to be back!!

This was our first time to stay in Navarre and it didn’t disappoint. Beautiful place with beautiful water and beaches. The house was great. Very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even chairs for the beach. Sand toys for the kids and beach towels. We had adults, teenagers and a baby with us on our stay plenty of room for everyone. Would recommend if you have small children bringing a child gate for the stairs. Afton was wonderful very quick to respond. My family will definitely come again.

House was beautifully decorated with beach theme throughout. It was the best stocked unit we have ever rented…beach chairs, towels, bikes, and kitchen had everything we needed. Even a griddle for pancakes! We loved hanging out on the back porch and had plenty of seating. House is right on the beach so was only a short walk. There was plenty of space on the beach. Sure beats a condo where there are rows of people. We had one issue which Afton resolved within minutes. We had 3 vehicles and there was sufficient room for parking. No squeezing in or problems with anyone taking up our space. We’re planning on renting this unit again as soon as we nail down a week.

I can’t say enough great things about this rental. I have booked through VRBO many times and have never had a place with such a perfect location and that provided so much for guests. The beds were so comfy. We had more than enough for daily needs and beach fun (we didn’t even get to use the bikes). The water was gorgeous and the closeness to it was just incredible. With it being an end unit it felt private even with people staying next door. We are so grateful for a magical family beach trip. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. It was so hard to leave!

This property was perfect for our visit to Navarre Beach. It is exactly as pictured on the listing, and very well stocked. We wanted for nothing! The views are incredible from both private decks, and the private dune walkway made access to the beach very easy. There were so many options to choose from for beach chairs and accessories that there was no need to bring our own. The property manager, Afton, made our experience just that much better. She is incredibly easy to communicate with, and when we had 1 small issue, she dropped everything and was at the property to take care of things in minutes. This will definitely be our first-choice property for our next visit to Navarre!

My family and friends had a great time. The house was perfect. Clean and fully stocked with chairs, towels, beach toys, and welcome treats. Navarre is our favorite beach and places like this keep us coming back year after year.

Perfect property for families. The furniture was all so comfortable and well made. Perfect location that is not crowded, yet close to the pier and restaurants. Management responds quickly to questions, and is very friendly and helpful. The gulf front views are amazing! All of the extra beach gear was very handy. I highly recommend this place.

Our experience renting this condo on Navarre beach was excellent! My wife can be picky about different hotels or condos we've stayed at. Luckily that wasn't a problem for this property. Everything was very clean, incredibly well stocked, and was in a perfect location. When we arrived there were complimentary beverages and snacks for us on the counter, all of which were local. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was excellent and they had a ton of beach equipment to use (I wish we had brought less of our own). The only negative we had was that the path to the beach was over a dune rather than using a wooden boardwalk. If using a beach cart, it can be a little difficult making it over the dune. This is not enough to detract from the overall rating, but is something to consider. All in all, I would be happy to stay with my family at this location again!

And playing games. All the beds are super comfy. Nothing better than watching the ocean and hearing the waves while relaxing on the deck. Stunning beach. We loved being right on the beach. Afton’s townhome is located in the perfect spot, with beautiful views and sounds of the ocean. The home is fully equipped with everything necessary: sand toys, chairs, umbrella, beach towels!! Pots, pans, spices, toiletries plenty for a week stay. We brought bikes for the kids and were pleasantly surprised to find there were two adult bikes available for use. The deck is a beautiful spot for sitting and relaxing, having a morning cup of coffee (JJ Chago’s is a great little place for breakfast/lunch options). The main bedroom has its own balcony and beautiful views of the ocean. Laundry closet is well stocked. The ocean was just perfect, we saw fish, a couple sting rays, and collected lots of shells. A huge bonus was the fact the home is ocean front with no big streets to cross to get to the water which was fantastic for all but especially the big kids (when they got hungry and wanted to grab a snack they just walked over the dunes and up to the deck). The proximity of the home to the ocean allowed us to just bring a couple chairs, beach toys, and if needed, an umbrella, so no lugging anything but the basic necessities to the sand. The home was very clean and comfortable. Our family felt very much at home. Afton was an amazing host, can’t say enough good things about him! He is very thoughtful (we had welcome gift) and quick to respond to any questions. We are already looking forward to our next Navarre vacation, and we have found the perfect place for our family.
