We had everything we needed...we loved the location

Location was good. Space was good. Parking was good. It had all linens and towels provided.
The unit was "wiped" clean as in counters and toilets, but it needs a MAJOR deep clean. The air/heat vents were full of lint as were the louvered doors into the laundry room. Washer n dryer work, but are in need of replacement. The walls n doorway trim(s) were filthy. Black mold inside tiled shower. We literally tore the laundry room apart and cleaned it and fixed the vacuum which was clogged.

Thought it was ocean view, it was not. The only view we had was the dunes.
The couches were very saggy and the chairs in dining area were about to fall apart. Had to get chair from balcony to sit at table. The refrigerator had only 1 door shelf. Just not clean. Kitchen items were very limited. Beds were comfortable, which was a good thing. No explanations about anything. I had to talk to other guests to be able to find the pool. Sun deck was nice when I finally found it. Called the numbers listed and no one answers or called me back. My family and I have rented several homes over the past 12 years. This was by far the worst. (2 of the 3 toilets ran all the time)

Nothing. It was terrible. The staff were not helpful at all. The door was unlocked. And then when we left the first time it took almost 15 minutes for me to get it to actually lock. The place was dingy and filthy, had mold in it and not a small amount, things were broken, bedding had stuff on it, rug in living room was curled up-very dangerous, fireplace was emitting heat even while turned off, clumped hair on shower floor, lock failed when we tried to get back in to get our stuff. Wasted a whole day trying to get something done about it. Had to find another place to stay because it was not livable for us. We had 3 handicap with one being 88 and another with severe allergies along with other health conditions. Requested refund numerous times but nothing. Lost a day because the staff didn’t do their jobs. We finally got into another place late in the evening and had to eat dinner late at night because of this fiasco.
See above. It was actually a little creepy because of how dark it was and some lights didn’t work. We could tell it wasn’t really cleaned or they did a very poor job of it. The toilets were dirty, the mirrors and sliders were all smudged, the pillows on the couch were all crumpled together in one spot, dirty bedding on floor of closet, salt packets on floor, laundry room was dirty, refrigerator had spills on the shelves, remotes were all over, tables were dirty. Placed several calls. Said sending cleaning crew but never came. When we couldn’t get back in, they changed the code numerous times but didn’t work. They said security would get right back to us but never did. I was finally able to finagle the lock and get the door open so we could get our stuff out that we had already brought up. Again requested refund because it was not livable. We were going to call the police to help us access the room since Vacasa wasn’t helping but as I stated above I was finally able to get the door opened.

PlentyOf space for the family to spread out, enough bedrooms and bathrooms so there was no sleeping/bathing issues for the eight of us, Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans dishes cooking utensils, good side view of the ocean enjoyable from the balcony, The elevator was much appreciated since we were on the fifth floor
The pool closed too early 8 pm When we got home from dinner at 9 o'clock would have enjoyed being able to go for a swim, Every Room in the unit was clean but the carpet is in desperate need of spot cleaning -stain removal

I like the layout of our unit. It was spacious and the bathrooms are nice.
The building is rundown and dirty. Our unit had water pooling outside the door which leaked into the unit from underneath and soaked the carpets in two bedrooms. Stained and dirty carpets. Dirty dishes. Outdated and broken dishwasher. Dirty oven. Dryer is rusty. Couches need cleaning and bedding needs replacing. Our comforter was worn and torn. The window blind in the living room was missing many slats and the screen needs replacing. There are no instructions to find the indoor pool- it's on the 2nd floor - and no one on premises to assist with any issues. My texts were answered promptly and cordially, but no one could answer any questions or concerns I had - basically blew me off.

the unit was clean and very roomy. Other than the couches, the unit was updated and nicely furnished. The towels were soft and the beds were comfortable. In the morning, we could see (and smell) staff cleaning the property (walkway, railings, stairwells and elevators). Great location!

The location was great. There was plenty of room for all of us.
The first thing that happened was when we arrived the water in the kitchen was turned off, which was strange. How could anyone clean the kitchen with no water? There was a damp towel under the sink. Again, strange. My husband turned on the water. We discovered that the garbage disposal was broken. The ice machine didn’t work. Three toasters. only one seemed to work. Two blender bases with no top. All pots and pans, etc. weren’t very clean. Bedspreads all needed washed. The bag of dirty linens was left in the condo from the previous group. I woke up the next morning early to come out and make coffee. I didn’t turn the light on as the sun was shining through the sliding door and I didn’t want to wake the kids. I promptly fell so hard on the kitchen floor and almost busted my kneecap, which still hurts. I have never fallen so hard. There was a puddle that went halfway across the kitchen from the obviously leaking pipe. Hence the reason the water was turned off to begin with! Someone had to be aware of all of this. It was promptly fixed, which we appreciated, but no one even called to follow up if we were okay or to bring new towels which were promised after we had to soak up all of this water. My neck and back were sore for days. I didn’t break anything, but it was a heck of a way to start our vacation. Nothing was offered, which is extremely disappointing. I shudder to think what would have happened if it was one of the kids. Frustrating. No compensation whatsoever offered. Many would have sued for a fall like that that could have been prevented due to neglect. 😞

picked up the keys and got zero codes there are codes to access the elevator codes to access the staircases from outside another code to access the roof area and sundeck without the codes you CANNOT enter the building this was very frustrating until you pickup the keys and arrive at the condo you dont know the situation ahead pickup the keys between 4-5 office closes at 5 no HELP called / text /no response 3400.00 for 7 days 1 baking dish pots pans looked like garbage 1 piece of loose flooring between the kitchen and dining area tripped over it all week outdoor shower to rinse off the sand we got no key to access it text this same info to property management NO RESPONSE its a nice place great location needs a little tlc and kitchen cookware and better management Vacasa dropped the ball not sure we will go back rents the same money and there's better places at OC

How clean and spacious it was. The location was great!! Beautiful Condo fully stocked. Loved the large bathroom in the Master Suite. Good sized balcony.
Parking was a bit confusing,there was no spot marked for our unit number as we were told from Maria @ the Vacasa Ofc, when I called back after not being able to find it we were told to just find a spot not marked "reserved" and display our parking pass. The next BIG issue was trying to find the pool!!! When you check in nothing is explained your just handed your keys and parking pass and thats it. We called the number for the Adagio that was on my confirmation print out, the gentlemen told me there was NO POOL or HOT TUB at the Adagio!!!!! Our guest called the number found in the elevator, and the representative advised they weren't in the building they had no idea where the pool was!!! That was just unexceptable, like at least try to find out or ask someone but neither associate did. I looked back at my reservation it showed indoor pool and jacuzzi!!!! My husband and our guest took it upon themselves to search the building and they FINALLY found it on the 2nd Floor!! WHY IS THIS INFORMATION NOT CLEARLY MARKED IN THE LOBBY OR EVEN IN THE ELEVATOR OR PROVIDED AT CHECK IN??? Other than that, our stay was great!
