The guest room with the adjoining kitchenette were very clean and readied. The hosts ensured I was comfortable, and they were reachable in case I had any question. The hosts were also hospitable in that they went out of their way to provide tea, fruits, etc. I am very appreciative of their professionalism and hospitality. Can't recommend this enough.

Nice self contained part of the property and given a key to come and go as you like. Friendly and helpful proprietors who had left a selection of tea, coffee, sugar, fruit, porridge and snack bars which is very considerate. Also a selection of toiletries and towels for guests to use were available. Plenty of street parking near the property. The bed was comfortable and I slept really well. Everything was spotlessly clean. I will definitely be back providing there is availability.

Quiet, peaceful, clean, independent entrance, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen, warm, parking on the street. Very polite and nice owner.

Everything was perfect

The property is close to the 77 bus that runs around every 15mins so its easy to get into town. The room itself is a good size with Bed, storage, table/ chairs, TV, WiFi and some books too. on suite and kitchenette with eveything you need. even came with coffee, teas and some fruit/porridge for breakfast. communication was perfect and home owners were lovely and helpful. Had a key to come and go as needed in your own entrance. would recommend 100% felt so comfortable and secure staying here really enjoyed my trip and would definitely stay again if i come to visit Nottingham. Nottingham is really cool and i would recommend visiting to see all the old architecture, History and shopping.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owner Mr. Malkiat was amazing. He helped us to make our stay comfortable & he is a good person with better understanding. It's very easy to access City Centre.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, everything was clean and tidy, has your own entrance plus did let us check out later as we needed to due to changes of plans without extra charge. Highly recommended for everyone.!

The owner thought of teas , coffees, snacks, porridge and crisps as extras. Kitchen was seperate and had a fridge. everything was clean.

Double bed on the right hand side touched the wall so no room for manoeuvre on this side. Other side OK. The room is a little on the small side so this cannot be helped.

Good value. The host was friendly and helpful and there was a plentiful supply of tea and coffee. Easy access to and from the city centre via the nearby bus route. We would happily stay again.

The room layout allows access to only one side of the bed.

This is a room only, with private bathroom. The kitchenette has only very basics, kettle, microwave, toaster and a small fridge. Fine for 1 or 2 nights but maybe not for longer if you need to cater for dinners etc.

It has everything you needed. The kitchen has all the appliances to make your stay comfortable and the hosts even leave you fruit an porridge for breakfasts
