Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Herr Ramez war beim Empfang sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist gut mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert. Definitiv für den Preis wert.

No one ever come to bother us during staying, I had the feeling of been watched. ( there are more people living in the property).

Very nice and clean apartment in a residential neighborhood in the center of New Cairo. It really is a hidden gem as the vibrant life of New Cairo can be very noisy but here you can get some rest. The host Ramez is very nice, extremely helpful with every question you have and really cares about his guests. We had a short stay and did not try the pool but it looked very inviting. There are no restaurants nearby but exploring the city with an Uber is easy and very affordable.

The owner Mr Ramez is very nice person and welcoming. The property is extremely nice and clean, the pool and view were stunning.
