Sand flies near the pool

They look out for my family even though we had issues charging the card I have on file. I booked online and been that I stay in the US and they traveled without me the card holder, the hotel got them situated then followed up with me on the payment.

That they have end up paying cash because the hotel couldn't charge my card on file. Second payment was due the very first day and not when u check out

Everything about the hotel gives the satisfaction for my money.

Well I think power supply which somewhat general. The gen was on standby but power off and on wasn’t too good.

The bathtub was dirty, power kept tripping off, even as I stated and paid for two guest in one room they insisted complimentary breakfast was for one.

there was a lady at the reception who had only smiled even when things were obviously wrong they were not much that I liked at

the infrastructure did not live up to expectations, complaints were not met with any tangible response towels were not available on the first day. when present were brown. and could only be used for the floor. No healthy options for breakfast, in general, poor choices, there were no fruits when asked why? a clear response could not be given. The chicken ordered, was stale and going off. Could not use my dollar card to pay for the room so reverted back to local currency.

the position

not clean many ants in the room and on the bed the A/C has only On-off switch but can't change the temperature the food is very bad the TV has 2 channels only they don't change the bedsheets or the pillows cover

The general ambience was nice and cosy.

The breakfast was to scanty and with limited choices. The swimming pool can be cleaner with the filteration system functional.
