Break fast ok

Lift to restaurant is put off .I don't know why it is so? Even I asked to operate lift to restaurant , no proper reply at reception

The hotel is located at the main junction of the city. We can walk around to visit the temple, palace, museum, and market place.

Air conditioning was not working properly in the room. It was mentioned breakfast is included, however we were charged for the breakfast and the menu price cannot be comprised to the food taste/ quality.

Nice hotel

Good old property requires serious maintenance & proper attention. No response for restaurant service. Toilet need great improvements, viz., functioning of Health faucet, availability of hot water, wash basin drain, etc.

Patience service during check-in, to name Mr Krishna Kumar at reception.

the property is worse than a lodge. morning i can see the local people walking into the premises with beedi and spitting on the floor for drinks. this is a request to you never recommend this hotel to any of your client again.

i like nothing from them. it is very poorly managed. the carpets are smelling of drinks and the restaurant is very bad.

BAR is next to reception area and all the drunken people are walking near to reception, and they are making noise, Finding hotel is little difficult, Foods are too costly
