It’s like a maze inside

Clean, nice rooms, ample number of tea / coffee making sachets and biscuits. Comfortable.

It's a shame they can't offer breakfast. It was exceedingly hot in the rooms. Took over 5 minutes of running tap and shower to get warm water. Need Wii Fi, as most of the TV channels do not work otherwise.

Staff were very friendly and rooms clean . When the light bulb wasn't working they came straight up and sorted it

The guy on reception was so friendly & helpful. The rooms can be a little bit hard to find but he showed all of us to our rooms with a smile. The location was perfect for us, as we were working just around the corner and the rooms were clean & comfortable, towels fluffy and sheets crisp!

Shower could have had more pressure :-)

Its average hotel with poor facilities but they charged too much

Location was good, room was clean.

Room felt very clinical, whole place felt a bit run down. No breakfast, no WiFi. Just didn't like the feel of the place but it was only 1 night so bearable. Lamps didn't work in our room.

The Indian people who run it were nice. The A.C. worked and the view was OK of the street below. The shower was good quality and the kettle and table area was clean.

The lift broke while I was there, I wasn't in it but I heard the person who was call the management with her mobile phone. The walls were dirty and the place is easy to take a wrong turn in as it's a little maze like.

The rooms are lovely clean and comfortable and facilities are great

Other guests where a bit noisy late at night and room could do with air con instead of stand up fan and could do with having bar/restaurant

Refurb very good clean and great location

Unfortunately this brand new refurb and new paint and headboard glue smell and fumes have me a asthma attack in the night and I did not sleep at all very strange smell

Staff were polite, room was a good size and had a bath tub which was a big selling point, good location!

Some small points could do with being addressed, nothing major to detract from the stay in general

The cleaning!!! I checked in, went to my room and used the bathroom. I opened the toilet to find a massive amount of faeces and toilet paper on top of it. I went down to the desk and there was no one there to speak to! The room smelt funny and the sheets had a musty smell too. I barely slept to the noise of other guests throughout the night.

Thanks to those working in the reception, they were welcoming all the time.

Under the bed wasn’t clean, signs to her back to the reception weren’t clear somethings if u were not using the lift. Water wasn’t hot either but all in all a good stay

Absolutely nothing.

Location perfect for Eastbourne Tennis Tournament and walking on seafront and coastal path.

Very noisy.....doors slamming. Excessive noise from 3rd floor needs carpet to deaden sound (thought room above was throwing around barbell) . Shower appeared to have blocked drain, mentioned this.

The staff was excellent. The location too .

2 minute walk from the Beachfront, 5 minute walk from the shops and restaurants. Location was perfect!

My room (308) was next to a fire exit/stairs. It didn't close softly, so I got woken up in the middle of the night cos of the loud slamming of the door. Might be best to fix that. Walls were not soundproof either, so expect to hear the comings and goings outside of your room.

It was clean and close to the seafront.

This price is just ridiculous for a very average accommodation.
