Leider nicht so gut

Positiv ist nur, dass man direkt an der Bahn Haltestelle ist und wirklich Stadtnah.

Die Bettwäsche war noch extrem feucht als ich ankam, genauso wie die Handtücher im Bad. Entsprechend war die Matratze feucht und ich habe gar nicht erst im Bett geschlafen, habe die Couch dann bevorzugt. Als Heizung für die komplette Wohnung nur eine kleine Elektroheizung die die Räume nicht mal annähernd warm bekommt. Die Duscheabtrennung war defekt bzw gar nicht mehr vorhanden, sprich beim Duschen setzt man das komplette Bad unter Wasser. Sauber war es nur oberflächlich. Internet hat nicht funktioniert und somit auch das TV nicht. Schade eigentlich, man könnte was richtig nettes aus der kleinen Bude machen...

Messezeit = Wucherpreise bei den Hotels. Daher war es gut, diese günstige Bleibe gefunden zu haben.

Soweit bis auf fehlende Bedienung für Fwrnseher in Ordnung

Der Fernseher ließ sich nicht auf die Programme einschalten, geschweige das Internet. Auch konnte man den Vermieter telefonisch nicht erreichen. Obwohl eine Telefonnummer mitgeteilt wurde.

It was fair so to speak!

The apartment was easily accessible, because it was close to the tram stop; so locating it was not very difficult. To some extent the interior was good.

I was quite disappointed that the hot water in the bathroom did not work. The morning when I was to take my bath, I opened the shower, and even after waited, but in the end I had to bathe with cold water. I was very mad at this, and it is the reason I did not even want to rate this facility at all.

Ужасный сервис!!

Нечего сказать, так как не получилось даже зайти туда...

.После того как я получил подтверждение бронирования.. никак не смог дозвониться до хозяина чтобы сообщить о времени своего прибытия. Приехал на место и попытался взять ключи от квартиры... ничего не получилось так как код не соответствовал действительности!! В итоге я так и не попал в номер который оплатил. Хозяин перезвонил только через час и сообщил что пароль от двери не соответствует тому что было выслано в письме после подтверждения брони.

Very close to where I needed to be... I would definitely use it again,

Missed a towel for the foor in the shower / bathroom and to dry dishes.. It would be great to have more than one Coffee mug in the Kitchen...

Cozy and rather unique place

It's not an apartment per se, it's a small business premises on the ground floor with built facilities to stay over night. For the price and location it's a great option and somewhat unique place for a short stay. The host is really nice, he'll show you around and answer all the questions. The neighborhood is super, lots of shops and cafes around, city center on walking distance, a tram stop right next to the door. - towels, bed-sheets, blankets provided - wifi - kind of minibar, you can get coffee and soft drinks for small price - good shower - clean - easy check-out Very nice place for the price.

I think it would have been a bit inconvenient to spend here more than a couple of nights, as comfort level is moderate. The bedroom and the bathroom are really small. The pillows are not very comfortable. The place is rather noisy, as windows go to the street with trams (bedroom is better isolated though). One should be conscious of what is booked, I find it really good for the price, but I can imagine it could have been a huge disappointment to people with higher expectations.
