The problems were mainly that I did not read the description properly or investigate the area. There is no wifi (description is correct) and no aircon (description is correct). The internet coverage on my phone on this area was poor so internet use was a pain. (This is for info not a problem with the apartment). The area is a bit rough (as every taxi driver told me. One needed persuading to drive there). However, I had no issue and saw no problems and local restraunts are (very) good value. Couldnt get the TV to work (but did no ask host to help and this may well be my problem not the TV)

The sheets didn't smell fresh. I slept in my clothes. It was the noisiest apartment I had ever stayed in.

Your apartment away from home. Enough space.. considered a ok get away. Since I went with my local guide it was at a right spot for us to move where we needed.

If you don't like the sounds of cars it's something to think about. To me it was keeping the balance, because I did want something close to move around and this was just right. If it's carnaval weekend it can get loud.
