Location excellent. Beds comfy. Property as described. Great communication from the host, easy check in/out. Good WiFi, kitchen well equipped. Good shower.

Quite basic accommodation missing some practical things like a coffee table. No washing up cloths/sponges. Would be nice to have some cooking staples left e.g. oil, salt/pepper. Shelves on the walls at pretty lethal height for tall people! Flat gets quite humid/damp even with a fan in the bathroom/kitchen. I understand ground rules are sent prior to arrival to ensure respect to the property but their tone is quite strict and off-putting.

Great location with onsite parking Washing machine is a plus

Requires some much needed maintenance and/or upgrades e.g. entrance hall leading up to the flatlet is dated and carpets are worn, the wall plugs serving the microwave did not work, the toilet seat is not secure, the shower head mechanism is worn and does not secure properly, lounge curtains don’t cover the window frontage, curtains and beds are dated etc. On site parking is a bonus but the vegetation growing along the wall makes it difficult to park without scratching one’s car. Some of the crockery and cutlery was not properly cleaned.

The staff who helped us, Luke, was very responsive. The apartment furnishing is of very good condition. The kitchenware and utensils were new and well maintained. The apartment is clean.

The living room is a bit smaller than expected, with a family of 4 could be slightly squeezed.
