I have only THE BEST things to say about this apartment and our host Irena! The overall experience totally exceded our expectations. In the very beginning, during our check-in, Irena advised her personal recomendations regarding attractions, restaurants, bars, and things to do in general. Irena and her family clearly know how to run this business, and we will definitely come back here the next time we visit Zagreb. The entire experience was PERFECT!

The room is noisy since it's located next to a busy street. The bed is old and not comfy. But for me the worse was the badroom. Tiny, very smelly with a lot of humidity. Nothing like shown in the pics. How come is 4 stars?

Our room was exceptional: large, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and with a view over one of our favourite streets. The location of Rooms Zagreb 17 was perfect: within a short walk of all the Christmas markets, and all the best dining and drinking spots. The best thing of all about our visit, however, was the welcome, hospitality, helpfulness and support of Irena. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and our visit was made all the more enjoyable through her support. Irena arranged, at our request, for us to be driven from the airport to Rooms Zagreb 17 on our arrival, and for the reverse journey at the end of our stay. We must mention, additionally, the service provided by Borjan, our driver. Not only did he do the airport runs, but he also drove us, at very short notice, to and from Samador, a beautiful, picturesque little town. Borjan also couldn't have been more helpful and personable, and we hope to stay in contact with him, and meet with him next time he comes to England. Our annual visit to a European Christmas Market is an important part of our celebrations and, particularly after the tough few years we've all had, this was a visit that warmed our hearts and filled us with the Christmas spirit.

The location is perfect and the stay was made very good thanks to Irene's info and tips. Even if the weather was not at its best, we really enjoyed it thanks to her!

Great location, nice and very clean room, kind staff. Staff is always available by calling them or via WhatsApp/Viber. Also a little fridge is available in the room.

Payment only by cash. Free toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are not included (there is a mistake in the room description) but the staff quickly solved our problem.
