it doesn’t say it is a split level anywhere , and it has carpet.

Location was great! Close to the beach and Coligny Square. Also, close to Sea Pines.
The musty smell in the villa needs to be dealt with. Also, mattress sank in the middle. Curtain over the sliding door needs to be fixed. Would not open all the way on the left side.

The location was wonderful, it is about 15 minutes or less to any location you'd want to go on the island. Also was very close to the beach. The apartment had the majority of the kitchen utensils you would need, and more than enough pillows, blankets, towels, etc.
The only thing we did not like was you couldn't walk barefoot in the apartment. The floors were very sticky and if you didn't wear shoes, the bottom of your bed would turn black. Also we were not told we had to go to another location to check in and get our paperwork.

The location was very good as we spent much of our time in Sea Pines. Also, it is very close to Cologne Plaza and many restaurants, some even walkable.
