Everything was amazing

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and inviting. We had everything we needed to settle in. There was a book that contained menus from the local restaurants that made it easy to pick where we were going to eat during our stay.

The dryer took more than two hours to dry and things were still damp. It was just inconvenient. I don't think the hosts know, it didn't ruin our stay, but this is asking what we didn't like. There was no gasket on the master shower, so we kept a towel on the floor so that we didn't slip getting out. Again, not being nit-picky, but it's something that I didn't like.

Beautiful property

The resort fees, taxes, maintenance fees, HOA fees, check-in fees. The “fees” more than doubled the advertised rate.

Location, that was great! Beach was a very easy walk from the resort and if you wanted to, a short drive further was even more secluded beach areas to get away from the busier areas.

We did not get a chance to enjoy any of the facilities on site. Tried to go to the restaurant, but it seemed to be constantly busy with what looked like the same people just lounging there. So, we were not able to partake. People need to understand that there are more people wanting to enjoy it too and they should eat and go to make room for others. The room service asked us to call back twice as they were "Experiencing a rush and didn't have enough runners to deliver". But both times when we called back they didn't answer and then it was too late and they closed room service.

miscommunication with cleaning staff so our room was NOT clean when we got there. we were asked to leave for 45 mins.
