The staff were very friendly

The room was very small, no desk, AC was not functioning properly, also one night I reached back at 930 pm traveling 6 hours from Siem reap and was told that the kitchen was shut ...this when we asked before leaving what time will the restuarnt be open till and were tyold 10 pm.

New building in undeveloped area of town away from the vibrancy of the centre. High cleaning standard evident throughout the property. Excellent gym and pool area with far reaching views. Date of the art electrics for lifts and room.

Breakfast could have more options.

Clean, modern facilities, parking and overall hotel premises are well managed and with high security and accesses. The French-style restaurant with available Asian foods.

Was told that the room service (food) is US$5 additional to the price in the card. This could not be implemented. Hotel and restaurant should have such arrangement and support each other. Disappointed so I had to order food from outside.

Location is best to access to anywhere in Phnom Penh. The hotel is clean, spacious, high-class. Nice view and great environment. The lights are all separate and good to choose which light we want to be on/off. The mattress is nice and comfortable. All facilities are modern and digitalized. All are provided!

Everything about the stay from the hotel to the staff and the food was amazing , superb customer service , and the amazing infinity pool I will definately recommend for others to stay here , one of the best hotels I have stayed at in my entire life

I liked the modern features of the hotel and the restaurant offered a la carte breakfast which offered healthy options (fruit/yogurt/egg white omelet with avocado) and good coffee! I needed to be in this area for appointments, so it was a good option but as a tourist I would not stay here. It has an AMAZING gym!

The room is not designed well; the bed is just a bit too big for the room, the door to the bathroom was difficult to close once sitting on the toilet since the door took up too much space and no space to put your luggage comfortably. The TV goes on automatically (at quite a high volume) when you put in the card for electricity which is annoying and makes you rush to find the remote every time!! The pool is very beautiful but doesn't get any sun so a little on the cold side.

The hotel itself was excellent. Rooms are extremely comfortable and with modern decor.

Overall, the experience was great. However, the room did take a very long time to cool down. It would be helpful if the guest services would turn on the a/c of the assigned guest room to make their stay more comfortable. The local temperature is quite hot. Turning on the a/c would help.....just a suggestion. Location is another small issue. It is not near the city center or local attractions.

On 12 May, i entered the restaurant for my breakfast without the coupon. The staff was unhelpful at all and ask me to return to my room and retrieve it. Doesn't the hotel has a name list to verify if their rooms were included of breakfast? This will be my first and last time staying here.
