The room was cozy and provided everything we needed. I loved that it had board games even though we didn’t have time to play them. The location was perfect for us. It’s definitely a great affordable room.

The room was great, however the resort has all the doors locked to the outside because of damage to the deck and pool from hurricane. We were in Daytona to go to a ball at Hard Rock so we just used their amenities.

Room was great

I liked it was right on the beach, very convenient. Also, liked that I had all the facilities I needed in my room, like the kitchen & kitchen accessories. I decided to stay an extra night and the owner accommodated me in my request in responding in a timely manner that the room was available and allowed me to pay him directly avoiding those unnecessary fees.

The noise coming from the joining rooms, loud music & kids screaming in the middle of the night made it hard to sleep & be comfortable. Plus the smell of weed coming into my room. Also, the TV remote didn't work, batteries may have been dead so I didn't have the capability of watching TV. Bathroom could have been a little cleaner, there was long black hair on the countertop, floor and on the toilet.

Room #1219 had everything I needed for my stay! Room was very clean too! Property owners provided their cell number in case I needed anything!

it was falling apart. no pool access like advertised. customer service was awful and no one was willing to help. they were very rude and unorganized.

My bed wasn't made my room was a disaster I didn't even stay in my room I'm expecting a full refund but it hasn't happened yet I've stayed there many times but never had problems

The Studio apartment was charming and immaculate, and well equipped.

I booked this stay based on the fact that the Resort offered an indoor, heated pool with two indoor hot tubs and a sauna. It also featured 3 pools and direct access to the Beach ⛱️ NONE of these facilities were available during my stay! Nor did it appear they have any intention of opening them up any time soon. The pool and hot tubs appeared in fine condition, they were just closed! The on site restaurant was also closed, as was the very large and interesting looking Arcade which appeared to be a fun spot for kids with loads of games and attractions. Parking was atrocious! The parking garage was shut down. The limited number of spaces available had people waiting in their cars for someone else to leave and open a spot. The overflow parking was across a very busy six lane thoroughfare a half mile away!! If you were fortunate enough to get a spot at the Resort, you still had a quarter mile walk to your room! The closed parking garage was adjacent to the tower housing the residences and I assume was designed to ease this encumbrance. All in all, I had the impression that I was staying in a facility that was on the verge of bankruptcy!

I loved the room, it is so cute. Nice big TV w Netflix, cute table and chairs. Plenty of storage and the ac worked great. Nice big bathroom w everything you could possibly need and a good size kitchen area.

The bed was awful. It was way too hard like sleeping on cement. We almost left a night early because we were in quite a bit of pain. The last night I strategically placed pillows and it was better. The only complaint is the bed, everything else was perfect and a beautiful room.

Wonderful location on the beach. The property was very nice and clean. Arcade room is awesome. Beautiful scenery on the back porch (pool, palms, etc.) Our room had a relaxing ambiance. Couch and bed were very comfortable. Love the Keurig coffee maker. Spacious bathroom. Overall excellent review from us.

There was a group of young teenagers in the spa pool being very rowdy. Jumping from the spa into the pool. They emptied the spa of so much water that we couldn't enjoy it. The spa bubble sprayers were all exposed and splattering chlorine in my eyes so bad I had to get out of they spa. We told staff at the front desk, but, no one came to check on the teenagers.

The bed was nice. Drinks left in fridge

The balcony is standing only. No chairs could fit, the pic about the balcony does not show that. The kitchen stove did not have an oven. The spa water was dirty and circulation was not possible due to lack of water.

The price, we had friends have a bigger room set up with 2 queen size beds and we just about paid the same price per night. But over all it was good!
