My wife, 2 young adult kids, one boyfriend, and Brother and Sister in law stayed a week in early June with the main goal of hiking. The house was perfectly situated in Frisco near the restaurants and shops all in easy walking distance. Quandary peak was 30 minutes away (plus a 7 hour hike). North tenmile trailhead was also walking distance away and was a wonderful hike. Our while group would definitely recommend this house.

Wow! The location and mountain views are perfect. We had plenty of room and were comfortable. Only thing to note is the dishwasher may need to be replaced. We are already planning our next visit and hope to stay in this beautiful home again.

renovated townhouse with great view and ton of shuttles to nearby slopes, so you can keep cars in the garage. Close to main street with shops, restaurants and decorations. Garage for 2 cars and more space outside, great for a ski trip with friends. Plenty of towels, fast washing machine with dryer, good dishwasher, extra fridge for drinks.

Nice house to fit 4 couples. Free shuttles nearby to nearby ski resorts. Not too private, too close to nearby houses, but mountains on background add magic to it.

The property was wonderful, but the only thing I want to share with you is that the user experience is terrible because I had to review and sign contracts a couple of times due to a lack of process automation, as well as try to contact support so they could charge me manually. In conclusion, my suggestion is to automate the acceptance of contracts and have an updated payment gateway linked to your VRBO account.

Beautiful home. Great location. BUT dishwasher is not working - required manual washing and wasted time. Refrigerator is not working so small fridge was brought in - required multiple trips to grocery store since fridge was too small. Mini fridge on lower floor is not working. Unable to reduce temperature on main level so had to open windows which let in freezing drafts.

Great property and location! Really enjoyed it.
Dishwasher might be nearing end of life. Did not clean glasses well. Glasses in cupboards were dirty on our arrival and we needed to wash by hand during stay.

What a beautiful home in a great location. This home accommodated our large family perfectly with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and living areas. The home was clean, the beds were super comfortable, there were humidifiers in the rooms, plenty of games/puzzles in the closet, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed being able to walk a block over to Main Street to visit the restaurants and shops. Check-in and check-out was easy. We will definitely stay here again!

307 Granite fit our family's needs perfectly. It is spacious but still intimate and comfortable with seating areas on all three floors. The location, one block off Main Street, could not have been better. We hope to return next year!

House was great. Plenty of space for 3 families. Very well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The game were a plus as well as the full kitchen. The only non 5 star thing was that the heating of the lower floor was not very efficient. There were space heaters but it was hard to keep a co for table temperature.

We enjoyed staying here. Our main goal was to be close to Breckenridge for snowboarding. The Main Street to get there was literally right there. It was also nice being close to the town. We walked around the area and checked out a brewery as well. House was big enough to fit 12 of us. Only thing is the upstairs beds were a little uncomfortable. A bit too springy. But that was minor. The property manager kept in contact with my pretty often to make sure our stay was good. Would book again!

We were two families of 5, so 10
in all. The house fit everyone very comfortably and we had a lot of space for hanging out between the 3 floors. Kitchen was stocked very well which helped make our meals easy to make. Lots of storage for ski gear. Location was awesome - one block off main street in Frisco which was great for afternoon shopping excursions or apres ski or breakfasts in town. Also easy access to I-70 so we were able to ski at several ski areas within 20 minutes of the house. House was super cozy and we really enjoyed our stay!

A+ Experience!
This property is absolutely beautiful and full of everything you will need and more for a stress free, luxury stay. The location and views cannot be beat. Frisco is a gorgeous mountain town with many local restaurant and shopping options. Almost everything is located within short walking distance from the home. We spent lots of time downtown exploring and boating on the lake. We did not want to leave this wonderful home! There is plenty of space, lots of amenities, and such a thorough, easy check in and out process. We could not recommend this home more highly! Would definitely return.

Beware!
The property is as advertised except for a VERY strong pet urine odor in the carpet in the main bedroom and less so in another bedroom. Management came out, confirmed the odor, and left some Febreeze and an ionizer. This did not diminish the odor at all. It was miserable sleeping/dressing in the bedroom. Other than that the house is fine.

Wonderful Stay. Great location.
We loved the location, just a block off Main Street and within a short walk of multiple restaurants and shops. The layout of the property was perfect for our family. The home was well equipped, well maintained and super clean. The property manager was very helpful and checked in with us throughout our stay. We loved this property and highly recommend it. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Beautiful property 1 block away from the main street in Frisco. Great sleeping arraignments. Kitchen, living room and dining area are all one big common area. Great layout for traveling with family or friends. Highly recommend. We'll be booking this location again next year.
