Best views. 4 minute golf cart ride to beach. 7 minute ride to grocery store. Felt very safe and secure the whole time. Everything needed in Kitchen. Owner organized golf cart and answered questions. Island is fairly quiet. Not much happening. Restaurants were ok, but nothing special. Staff generally treated non-locals as just sort of there. I cooked mostly for myself. It was a pleasant stay. Exactly what I was looking for. I would say a small desk looking out the window would be great so you can sit at a laptop and look out at the great view. When weather was nice you can do that on the patio. But not always possible when it was windy.

Everything about this bungalow is great. Beautiful view, comfortable bed and furniture, extremely clean. Huge deck/porch with couches and dining table. The owners went the extra mile and obviously tried to think of anything guests might want or need. They succeeded.

Cute & well maintained custom-built efficiency bungalow situated in the center of quiet Russell Island. Killer sea views. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in the islands, this may do nicely. Very private; clean and comfortable, nice attention to detail. Rent a buggy and all the charms of peaceful, friendly Spanish Wells await.

The host is like your new best friend. Not in a weird way but totally committed to your visit being as awesome as this island really is. The mango tree outside the front door had about 500 mangos in Juky, the property manager greeted us at the landing of the ferry for a personal transport to the house, and the house itself has ridiculously beautiful views of the most beautiful blue water on planet earth. This has become a new number one recommended location for us as frequent visitors to the island building a home .5 miles away. This spot is absolutely perfect for a couple and I would recommend it ten times over and over and over again.

This was our fifth trip to Spanish Wells and probably our favorite! Boho Bungalow is a charming tiny house on a quiet street on Russell Island. The layout of the tiny house was perfect for the two of us. The colors and decor inside is bright and fun. The kitchen was well stocked and there was ample room for the two of us to prepare meals. (A favorite meal was fresh fish with mango salsa made from mangoes from the tree on the property!) However, most of our time at the bungalow was spent on the large back porch. The view was breathtaking and there was always a nice breeze, perfect for meals and naps! In the past we always had beach front accommodations and were a little tentative about being off the beach. However, it's just a short buggy ride to the public beach. Most days we had the beach to ourselves! We also rented a boat and had access to a number of beautiful private beaches. Heather was a wonderful host from our first inquiry to the day we checked out. The property mangers, Vince and Lori were also extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions. An added bonus to our accommodations was that our friends were able to rent the adorable tiny house next door! Once you visit Spanish Wells, you'll want to return and we definitely want to return to Boho Bungalow! I miss it already!

Had a wonderful week on Russell Island, pure tranquility. Have been a lot of places in the Bahamas, all are little different. If you want total relaxation, this is the place to go. So peaceful. The host, Heather is amazing, the best communication ever. Everything you would want in a vacation home, this little bungalow has it all. Nothing was missed when adding the perfect touches. Walking the sandbar every day with my dog was my favorite experience, created a lot of wonderful memories. Thanks for an amazing week, can hardly wait to start planning the next trip. The Higer’s

This bungalow was just perfect in every way! Loved all the colors, the decor, and it was so comfortable. Cleanliness was 110%! We spent a lot of time on the deck! Had a wonderful view of the most beautiful water, nice breeze and the deck furniture was comfortable also! Our travel from Eleuthera to Spanish Wells was all arranged for us. We traveled by boat taxi and then our golf cart was waiting for us at the dock. Would highly recommend the “Boho Bungalow”

Boho Bungalow is perfect for a single or couple wanting a relaxing setting. Stairs to 2nd floor living area and you have all you need: lovely outdoor area, great view and all your kitchen necessities. Quiet and only short buggy ride to beaches, restaurants, grocery and ferry. Great communication with host and help from property managers. Hope to be back!

The Boho bungalow is as sweet as can be. Fully stocked and user friendly. Life on Spanish Wells is simple, as is this bungalow. The view from the deck is outstanding, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, the outdoors shower has hot water, the a/c and WiFi works, honestly what else is needed? The owner and the local property manager are available if needed as well. All is good in Spanish Wells and at the Boho Bungalow.

We loved this place! It’s perfect for 2 people and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space is definitely a plus. The communication with the owners was the best we’ve experienced when renting from VRBO and their caretaker a delight, so kind and helpful. Loved laying in bed at night watching the cruise ships go by!

We stayed for two weeks in this little patch of heaven! Tree Top bungalow was like staying in a perfectly stocked little tree house. We loved it and hope to return soon! Heather was in contact just to check in on things and is definitely a super host. Just bring yourselves, your favorite sunblock and your bathing suits to explore the many beaches of Russell Island and Spanish Wells!

Boho bungalow is a compact, beautifully decorated rental on quiet Russell Island with a stunning view of the turquoise shallows and the Devil’s Backbone reef. Bright and modern, the space has all the amenities one could need indoors and a gorgeous porch for lounging and soaking up the view. 10/10, would absolutely stay again.

This is a lovely bungalow with a dreamy view of the sea. It's close to shopping on Spanish Wells and beaches. It is well appointed and the beds are comfortable and great pillows. Wife and I enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch.

Heather and Beth have truly outdone themselves with this little slice of heaven. They gave the best recommendations for things to do on the island as well as other islands. Will most definitely be renting from them in the near future :)

We had an amazing time here. Everyone on the island was super friendly. They were super helpful with any questions we had about the island. Beautiful view and local beach was right down the road. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to go and not have crowded beaches.

I loved waking up each morning and looking out at the ocean. Bring your own coffee as they have an espresso maker. We never used the TV, but just used our laptop to watch a few Netflix shows. The shower is large and the laundry facilities are a bonus at the end of your week! We found a nice snorkelling spot at the end of Russell Island; take the foot path to the right of the cul de sac and you will find a small beach. Lots of fish to the left at the rocks - a sea turtle even swan by us so close! I think we were invading his territory! The beach at the bridge and the main Long Beach are simply spectacular - especially at low tide. Look for the star fish! We paid Douglas at the bridge beach $25 and took out his clear kayak for 2 hours and paddled out to the island. For food and drink: the Sand Bar on Russell is the best - great service and really good food - wonton and raw tuna nachos and the Conch Tacos were the best I have ever had! Wreckers at the marina is lovely too for a nice meal as is the Ship Wreck bar for cold drinks! Heather was a doll to deal with and answered our questions quickly. Vince is the friendly housekeeper and checked in on us once in a while. I felt very relaxed at Boho. Thank you and we would recommend this sweet place to anyone!

Our stay in Russell Island/Spanish Wells was made perfect by staying in the Treetop BoHo Bungalow! The idea of a “tiny house” is misleading as this space had everything we could ask for in a home away from home, perfect for a traveling couple or individual to fall in love with the rhythm and beauty of the island. The location of the house is perfect as it’s tucked away in a peaceful area of the island (we didn’t find too many busy areas!) but a quick golf cart ride away from everything the islands have to offer. Our hosts ensured we had everything we needed and were always available to offer tips or help coordinate access to anything we needed while on the island. By the time we left, we felt as if we had been friends for years!! There are no words to describe the setting: gorgeous blues, a gentle breeze, roosters crowing in the distance…you absolutely must slow down and enjoy the charm of the islands. In addition to providing the perfect setting for our stay (have I said how much we LOVED this tiny house?!?), our hosts were A++ with communication, sending valuable info before we arrived and leaving a book full of tips and suggestions at the house as well. We almost always use vacation rentals when we travel, and this rental has to rank as our all time favorite. If you want to experience a true relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, this rental is a must!!!

My first trip to the Bahamas, and wow, did I hit the jackpot staying at the Treetop Bungalow. Each morning I woke up in a beautiful house with a view that is unmatched. Inside the house, I had a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom with laundry (!), and an awesome layout featuring simple beauty. A house that brings the outside indoors, I could step out to the deck for morning coffee, the sounds of the ocean, and birds. Though I could easily have experienced the beauty of the Bahamas without leaving the property, a quick walk or drive in any direction brought me straight to beautiful expanses of beaches. With 3 excellent restaurants only a quick drive away, I had everything I needed. I absolutely hope to return!

Loved this little house!!! Getting here was easier than expected, the owners set up transportation from the airport and also our golf cart rental when we got to Spanish Wells. The house was equipped with everything we needed, including plenty of beach towels. Every room in the house has a view, even the bathroom. We are already planning our next visit, and will be booking this house again!

This was a return trip to Spanish Wells for my husband and I--what a gift that this property is available for rent now! We had already fallen in love with the island and our stay at Treetop Bungalow only heightened the experience. Each detail was carefully thought out; no convenience overlooked. The property managers went above and beyond to ensure our stay felt like a home away from home, with the added plus of being surrounded by paradise. Morning coffee and evening wine on the deck overlooking the ocean started and ended our days full of exploring the crystal white beaches and sparkling clear water.
