The only negative was the loud neighbor upstairs...especially with the squeeky floors!
Otherwise nice comfortable cozy unit.

Well when i pulled up my email to get the address instead i had a cancel notice the day im supposed to go on my 3 day weekend 6 hrs from home...on a motorcycle trip ..due to a gas leak so i gad to eat 69 bucks and find new spot on a event weekend. No happy..beware

Loved the location, blocks away from a beautiful park, walkable to coffee, dining and basic needs. The courtyard was a lovely benefit to sit outside with some privacy. The space has everything needed for a comfortable weeks long stay, if needed.

This sweet home is nestled in an amazing area of town, o MY!!! For people traveling in/not familiar with Milwaukee (as we were), you will LOVE staying in this area. Lake Michigan is just a couple of blocks away, with easy access to a walking/biking path along the shoreline. There is a marina right there. There are various restaurants within walking distance. It is a fantastic neighborhood!!! We checked in on Friday afternoon right at 4, & checked out on Sunday at 11 ... & left our vehicle parked the whole time. Everything we wanted was within walking distance. Such a great location!!!

This compact unit has everything you need. We had a little trouble with the entrance lock and the owner was ready to come to the rescue when we finally figured it out. The rooms are small but for 2 people on the go in the Bay View area it was fantastic. You can walk to the lake front, coffee shops and restaurants. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay for attending Summerfest. Easy to find, great neighborhood, very safe, 2 1/2 blocks from Lake Michigan & a wonderful park with Saturday Farmers Market and Beer Garden. Apartment is on the smaller side but was perfect for my family of 3 + our puppy. We took a Lyft to and from Summerfest so we didn’t have to worry about parking, less than 10 minutes away with traffic.
Host was very receptive, apartment was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Kitchen also good. Outdoor space needed care but was taken care of. Good place for a couple with pet. Enjoyed our stay.

very nice place with nice small private outside area to hang out in. clean and cozy. my only reason for leaving 3 stars is that this is a lower unit and there is a upper unit that is also rented out and there was a family with kids and a dog staying upstars. They where up super early 5 am running all around. It sounded like the house was falling. So if this is a vacation and you will be up late and would like to sleep till like 9 am this may not be the place to stay.

The unit was very clean, and we felt so safe in the area. It was quiet, and fenced patio was perfect when we had to bring our dogs last minute. Cute and cozy with a very comfortable bed! Great dog walking area, and very close to the lake. This will be our first choice when we come to visit our grandbabies in Milwaukee from now on!

We have stayed in the unit on the second floor of this building. Larger unit and much nicer is on the second floor. This smaller unit met our needs, definitely not as many Amenities as the other unit and not as nice. Great location and it is great to have easy access to a fenced in outdoor space for our pup.
