This is a cute property with comfortable furniture, a well-appointed kitchen, relatively clean pillows, and reasonably comfortable beds. The back yard deck is amazing… a great place to sit and enjoy the view of Austin’s ever-growing downtown, and a unique offering for a vacation rental house. While not an issue for us at all, other guests should understand that only one of the bedrooms is really private, and even it does not have a closing door—just a curtain. For those comfortable with the truly open floor plan, this is a really great place to stay!

We do not travel much and this was our first trip to Austin for music and food (2 days/2 nights). We enjoyed this house and everything it offered. We were close enough to walk to a park and uber everywhere else. Its a quiet and pretty neighborhood and felt very much like home. And we felt very safe. There was an issue with electrical outlets when trying to charge phones which made us nervous because we are so dependent on them when traveling. Some did not work We were disturbed on our first morning by someone using blower directly across street very early for about 2 hours. That's not a good way to start your day on vacation. Just because quiet hours end at 7:00am doesnt mean to crank up loud machines in a very close neighborhood - that's way too early !!! The 2nd night there was a huge storm and we were instructed not to go out by em so we stayed in and watched main TV. We had some trouble with TV apps: very limited viewing. phones cannot be charged if power goes out we are crippled. The lighting was insufficient for reading, especially back bedroom where other TV located. The size and layout of this house was just right. And we would stay here again. We just didn't have much time and these issues became more important as time went on. I'm trying to be fair and honest here. So i would suggest upgrading electric and TV. Only because you become so dependent on using the cell phones and other E-devices Otherwise this house was perfect and we will stay here again.

A “Very Austin” property (rustic and quirky) with a great view and proximity to awesome bbq. Enjoyed the convenience and easy experience with the property company!

Nice little house with nice deck & back yard complete with a great view of downtown Austin. Great Austin location, walk to several nearby Austin hotspots!

The garden space was fantastic with great views of the city. Very close to Palmer Events Centre where we were working.. Found new places to eat and drink close by and good to explore a new part of Austin.
