good view from the balcony. Cozy beds.

It's very dirty, especially the sticky floor. Bathrooms are very old, and towels do not seem to be fresh. Handmarks from children on windows, so no proper cleaning took place before we arrived in general. In the kitchen, some basic tools like a spatula were missing. Description of apartment is a bit missleading: there is a dish washer, but no washing machine or dryer available. Lastly, the apartment is operated by a leasing agency, and you get many emails in advance, from different people with general information and changing local contacts who will not respond to you at all. But after every generic mail, they will send you a second mail asking for feedback, so a lot of spam. Disappointing!

the view was amazing and the beds were comfortable.

the bathrooms could have been cleaner. I know it’s not the property owner’s fault, but the people above us was so loud all hours of the day and until 1 in the morning. You could hear them stomping, running and yelling.

the access to the upper bunk was only by climbing a steep, attached ladder which none of us could manage. fortunately the pullout in the living room was comfortable.

The master bed had a box fan in there!! Very clean and the views were breath taking!! Even get to enjoy God's creatures, bears!!!

The room was supposed to have to full beds but instead had bunk beds which my 70+ parents couldn't climb into!! The whole place was filthy. The TV in master bedroom didn't work because the outlet didn't work. The indoor pool was closed and yet it was advertised as being open. Horrible place and definitely not what was advertised.
