Will definitely come back for a stay (without the kids next time so my partner and I can take advantage of the night scene!) Literally walking distance to all downtown Seattle has to offer! And surrounded be bars and restaurants. Super clean accommodations with special touches from the owner!

The unit itself was great. Clean, cozy, and super cute. You can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making their guests feel welcome.

Well furnished, clean, quiet, safe and located within easy walking distance of Pike Place Market, Space Needle and many restaurants. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

The condo itself is fantastic. The area is also fantastic. The way Vacasa has set up their policies and check in/check out rules are horrible and make no sense. We saw 2 families at different times stranded outside the condo building because the Vacasa rep wasn’t there to let them in. Upon leaving you have to take the fob they give you down to the parking garage, get your car out and attempt to find paid parking so that you can run back, use the fob to enter the building/elevator, access your room with a code, leave the fob and your parking pass, then run back to your vehicle. Upon realizing that we still had the parking pass in the car, we had no way to get back in the building. A replacement is $200. Again, it’s a great condo in a great area, but I’ll be very hesitant to rent anything owned/run by Vacasa. They made it a pain in the …

You get what you pay for. Roomy, stylish 1 bedroom apartment in a large newer condo building. Everything worked, although WiFi was challenging, and the kitchen was equipped for just about anything. Pool and hot tub open extensive hours 5a.m. -11p.m. Lovely courtyard and small balcony for those who need fresh air spaces. Efficient, in person orientation by staff was a plus.

The beginning of the trip we were personally met with a representative that gave us the full tour and some great recommendations, which made this a personal experience rather than a number. Residents of this condo complex are also welcoming and friendly wanting to make sure you are welcomed. The building is very secured in regard to the entrance. The condo was exactly as pictured, but better, it is very well decorated and supplied. The owners made special little notes/treats to make you feel pampered and welcomed. Kitchen is well stocked. We cooked breakfast and made charcuterie boards to sit on the balcony (the one for the complex not unit) and take in the view and watch the boats. Living Room: Comfortable couch that my daughter pulled out to sleep on bed as well. Streaming had extensive choices. Window view was wonderful! Really enjoyed it with our morning coffee. Bathroom: Stocked well (love the extra towels), spacious and a great shower head and water pressure. Bedroom: Comfortable bed, crisp linens, Juliet balcony that was nice to open to let the fresh air in and take in the noises of the city (which I enjoy), if you do not and are sensitive, ear plugs are available. This condo is a goldmine for the price and location cannot be beat! We walked everywhere, including Climate Pledge Arena. Fantastic food and entertainment in every direction. I would recommend if getting food, to find a grocery store outside this area. The convenience stores mark ups are higher than most. We will be back!!

Everything about our stay was terrific! Our greeter/ambassador, Valerie, was very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Our unit was super clean and very well equipped. The condo was comfortable and the attention to detail was lovely. The location was easily walkable to a lot of points of interest. We would stay again - 100%

Amazing location and great safe property. Very noisy inside because it is downtown but you can hear people talking on the street through the window, so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine and an eye mask because you can’t black out your room at all. There’s a large part of the window up top that is not coverable by blinds and lets in street lighting and sun. The apartment is decorated very cute! Noah who checked us in was very very nice to my mom. Unfortunately our patio door was unlocked when we arrived which made us feel uncomfortable because it does connect to another patio.. and a blanket in the blanket basket by the couch was dirty with a crusty clear stain. Overall though, it is within walking distance to everything! And surrounded by great food.

The location was great to get to all the local tourist attractions. Condo was exactly like the picture. The Vacasa communication trying to get into condo was horrible.

We then had to be at the property at an assigned time to get specific directions and a tour of the building. We paid over 60 dollars to store 3 bags while we explored Seattle. I will not rent from Vacasa again.

I can’t emphasize this enough but you can WALK to all Seattle’s major attractions from here. We came for a concert at the Climate Change theatre and were able to walk there. We also were close enough to walk to the Space needle and Pike’s Market. The building has a pool and sauna, even a roof top deck with an ocean view! Everything was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo at Belltown Court through Vacasa.

Highly recommend this unit for it's attention to detail, cleanliness and location. The building is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The unit is very well maintained. Owners so kind and thoughtful. They left a lovely bar of chocolate as a gift. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Even facial wipes and lotion in the bathroom. Plenty of pillows and blankets. Great WiFi and access to Netflix and YouTubeTV. Vacasa rep was available to answer all our questions. I will definitely be back.

My husband (81) and I (73) would stay here again, because of the location. We arrived by AMTRAK and walked to this location. This vrbo is centrally located for walking to almost everything a tourist would want to see. We left by a short walk to the ferry that goes to Victoria.

Everything was wonderful. Great location !

Cleanly, comfortable. Only issue is there was no additional sheets for the pull out bed on the couch.

What a wonderful spot. Walking distance to the light rail, Space Needle and Pikes Market place. Tastefully decorated and added extras. Coffee, tea, Wi-Fi, and more. Super cozy and safe. We enjoyed wine on the rooftop balcony and the spa. Would stay here again tonight.

On our way elsewhere and familiar with area so we could pick and choose our activities. For a first timer you need good walking shoes or grab a handy e-bike and easily see the wharf from the Space Needle to the stadiums from this location.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well appointed. We liked the little touches like wireless charging pads on the bedside tables, lots of dishes including kids plastic dishes. Do wish they had a regular coffee maker, not just a Keurig machine. The pool was nice. I was surprised by needing a Vacasa escort into the building the first time. I would have liked that to be disclosed first. The unit is on the 3rd level and there is a fair bit of street noise, but that is to be expected so close to downtown. It was fine with the windows closed. Other people commented on noisy pipes, we did not experience that at all. The build itself was very quiet and we rarely heard anyone in other units. I would stay here again.

This property was great as far as size, location, parking, price. The only complaint is the pipes in the adjacent units hum and skreech every time someone turns on the water or shower-cannot sleep through the noise.

Didn’t have trash bags but got them brought over when I mentioned it.

A very nice place. Centrally located we walked to pikes market the space needle. Lots of dining places to choose from that all within walking distance. It got a little noisy at night as we could hear drunk people singing and laughing on their way. The property had some dirty spots along the bathroom baseboards and the rug in there should be replaced but this didn’t hinder us in any way. We would recommend this place and come back again
