Excellent

Overall our time there was relaxing. Swimming, fishing, boating, the view, and the house layout is perfect for multiple families. Well taken care of place. You can always tell when the knives are sharp. We refilled the propane tank for the grill. :) Upstairs tv sound is not working.

We all really loved our stay! The owner had little extras that made the stay nicer. It was easy check in and checkout. Thank you for a great stay! We plan to stay again!

The house was in a perfect location right on the water ! It was very clean and stocked with so many things to entertain the kids ! A bunch of games for the whole family to play. The kitchen was equipped with every utensil you may need while cooking. We will definitely be back and stay here again!

This was a great property for us to get together as a family considering the age ranges we needed to accommodate and the goal to be on the water. The property was clean and well maintained and the hosts were so kind and easy to work with. The general consensus of the family was that we loved the proximity to the water, the fact that we could conveniently tie boats to a very nice dock area, and it wasn't a mile to haul food, towels, tubes etc. We all agreed we would go back! And it was quiet!!!

First the owner was so sweet! We loved the location, easy to dock our boat at night! We will be back for sure!

Great property in a nice secluded area on Lake Conroe. Great layout and amenities, also very clean. A great place for a couple of families to stay.

Beautiful, well equipped home right by the water. Comfortable beds, sitting areas and eating areas. My family and I were in Montgomery for my daughter’s wedding and tris house was perfect accommodating us all. Fully recommend!

This home was beautifully updated and well decorated. The kitchen was furnished with everything you could possibly need to entertain family and friends. The home had a nice view of a quiet cove with a large deck area and shaded back yard. We had a wonderful stay!

This townhouse is perfect. The house was stock with plenty thing you might have forgot like sunhats & flip. The layout of the house was great for my family. We also brought our puppy who had a great time in the lake. Right in front of the house the lake water is shallow enough to stand up in. The kitchen was fully stock with seasonings, dishes, cookware & an lce cream maker(next I'm making ice cream). We will book again 😋. Can't wait until next booking. Thanks for a great time.

The home is very nice - just as pictured. We had more beds than we needed, everything was completely stocked, and the location was great. We will stay here again, without a question. We had a wonderful time!

We really enjoyed our weekend on the lake! The bunk beds, dock, and open spaces were perfect for our family and friends.

Great home to enjoy with family including fur family. Rented a boat and parked right outside in front of condo. We swam in lake with the dogs, enjoyed the Walden pool, live entertainment at restaurant next to pool and convenience of condo. Hosts were awesome. Response to inquiries were super fast. Definitely recommend this home.

The property was awesome, kitchen had everything you could possibly need to prepare meals, decorations in townhouse are beautiful, bathrooms have all you need for your stay, beds are very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to emails, and super sweet!! If I could give this a 10 star I would have!!!

Great place to stay with teens. The bed arrangement is great for older kids that each want their own bed. :) Was easy to get our boat in and out and tied up for the night. Kitchen is well stocked- everything you need is here. Great stay for the weekend- wish we had more time!

We stayed for three nights with some friends and kept my boat tied to the dock right out side the condo. The property and the area worked perfectly for us. The condo itself was just as advertised and very nicely appointed with all the items you would need. A+ would stay again David

The hosts are super people. They are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Their home (unlike other VRBOS we have stayed in) gives comfort in that it is super clean. The sheets smelled fresh. The kitchen linens were spotless. The bath towels also very fresh. This host provides so many extras that are not found in other VRBOS. For example, foil, baggies, trash bags, and cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bath. They have shampoo and liquid bath soap in the showers along with liquid hand soap by each vanity. They provide Kleenex and TP. The basics are met and even more. When you walk into their home, they have every switch labeled so that you can quickly and easily identify the pot lights in the ceiling, the ceiling fan and the fans. That is super important because the lighting in the home is just tremendous. There are dimmer switches all over the place. There are multiple fans. The Blinds on the back of the house are electric. SUPER SUPER EASY TO USE....VERY NICE AMENITY! The hosts go out of their way to provide coffee and associated fixings. The kitchen is well stocked with everything that you could want. They go the extra mile to provide multiple types of place mats. It made setting the table for meals extra nice. The home is beautifully furnished.
