Very nice condo! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Loved being able to walk out to the beach at night and see the crabs. Short ride to Daytona to Ebike and drive on the beach. Great food and mini golf. Location, cleanliness, and comfortable Condo. Would definitely book this location again.

We enjoyed our short trip to Ormond Beach. The condo was perfect. It was very clean and very comfortable. Both beds were amazingly comfortable. It is very easy to check in. It’s just a short walk to the beach and the pool is very nice and located right outside the door. I will definitely be back. Thanks for sharing with us

My parents used to live in Ormond Beach so I’ve been coming here for many years. I was familiar with the location of this property but this was my first stay. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s an older condo but well maintained and very clean. It’s a small 2 bedroom 1 bath condo but had everything we needed for our stay with beach access literally right across the street. Could see ocean from window and balcony. I hope to return soon!

My daughter, her 6 year old daughter and I took a short but lovely weekend together. We had so much fun we've decided to make it an annual (or semi-annual!!) event. The condo was everything advertised. Immaculately cleaned, WELL stocked kitchen (down to scissors, aluminum foil, saran wrap, Keurig & K-cups, etc - anything we needed), books, games, sun glasses, sun screen - everything we'd have at home was already provided. We were so comfortable that we parked the car and didn't get back in it. We had the beach a quick walk across A1A, the pool right outside the door and Door Dash delivered food. Other visitors and/or residents were friendly. It's located next to a quiet, safe neighborhood for before-sunrise walks. Who could ask for anything more?! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Loved this condo! The condo was very clean and decorated with beautiful shades of blue with a great beach vibe. We didn’t really use the kitchen, but it was stocked with everything you needed. The close beach access and quiet neighborhood was great. The host was fantastic to work with; responded quickly to my questions before and during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice quiet area with all the amenities you need. The pool was nice and clean as well as the room.
I've always wanted to stay in this area after driving through several times. It was great to just walk across the street onto the uncrowded beach.

My family and I had a great stay here. The condo is modest but functional. Good, comfortable beds. View/sound of the ocean from the patio. There is no dishwasher or washer/dryer in the unit and the bathroom is quite small. The pool (pretty small) is literally right out the front door. We thought it was heated when we booked but it wasn't - not a huge deal but a small disappointment.
The beach is about a 2-minute walk and is by far the least busy Florida beach we have been to in our 20 years of going on spring break. Each day we went, there were 4-5 other parties spread out within 200-300 yards from the beach access point. It's not the beautiful white sand that's found in other spots but it's still very nice.
There's not much nearby in the way of restaurants. One local place is about a half mile north of the condo. Otherwise, you have to drive south a few miles to find more options.
The owner provides many things that are a bonus... toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, beach chair, boogie board, beach umbrella.

The property was clean, quiet and in a great location. Ocean view from balcony, pool just out the door, laundry on site. Kitchen is fully stocked just needed to supply our own food and beverages. Beach towels and chairs for use. Great restaurants nearby. Host was very responsive. Super easy check in and even easier check out.

Clean, well-equipped condo just across A1A from the beach. Ocean view off the balcony and beach accessories (chairs, towels, etc.) are provided. Full kitchen and TV service/wifi is excellent. Pay laundry (bring lots of quarters) in the building.

My husband and I spent 4 weeks at this property. It is just as shown in the pictures. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the walk to the beautiful, uncrowded beach took 1 minutes. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. As we left we spoke with one of the owners and she was very nice.

We loved our stay not only could we watch the sunrise from our balcony, but we loved the pool being right at the front door and the beach just across the road! When we come back to Daytona we will be staying again, we had lots of fun for my birthday week.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Everything we needed to cook. Pool was awesome. One minor negative was one sliding door in each bedroom was off track and could not be used. We will keep in mind for our trip next year.

My sister and I were looking for a place to stay while visiting our parents. Location right across from the beach was perfect. Nice balcony to watch the sunrise. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen was stocked with the basics. A small but clean pool was just steps outside the front door. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Hidden Gem at Ormond beach
My son and I came to Ormond Beach to visit family. Found this rental online and it was a great decision to book it. The Court of Palms complex is well maintained and clean. Same for the unit we rented. The location is amazing if you are looking for a quiet getaway walking distance to the beach. The best thing about the location is that it is calm and peaceful but so close to many restaurants and fun activities. Daytona beach has so much to do and just a quick ride down A-1 A. When you’re ready to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Daytona you take the short ride back to the tranquility of Ormond by the Sea! Highly recommend this place.

Easy to locate after a walk, day or night, on the Beach. Nice clean pool. T-mobile service was iffy, but that worked out great! Peaceful and quiet.

Girls Getaway
Cute little condo right across the street from the beach. Communication was always quick. The only reason for the 4 star was there was a pool shown in the pictures but I was not made aware that the pool would not be available and that was a bummer when you're having a girls long weekend. Overall great place to stay and hopefully the pool will be back up and running soon.
