We loved the open space with tons of natural light, ample seating, and access to the lake. From playing cards to baking cookies to a charter boat sunset ride, The White House was an awesome spot to rest, reconnect, and have fun with old friends from across the country.

We were very pleased with our property choice. It is a beautiful house with a beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night. We rented a pontoon boat and the lady delivered it and picked it up at our private dock. The house was great for a lot of people.
we only had 8 but it sleeps more. The 2 story layout was great. The owners were very willing to please. The lake was wonderful. We will be going back and will be staying at this property. We definately reccomend it.

The property was beautiful and as pictured. Going down to the lake was fun but going back up to the house was a workout 😂. I’d recommend bringing extra towels if more than one family staying at the house. We had to wash towels daily.

There is nothing but love for this AMAZING house, owners, and experience! We have been to Smith Lake many times and feel like we hit the jackpot with this one! Prettier than pictures, which is what sold me in the first place! From the moment we arrived, we searched for nothing, and every question we had was answered immediately. Comfy beds, furniture, and beautiful views! I would give this 10 stars if possible. We will be forever guests of Conrad and Stephanie’s!

From the beginning Conrad was very informative and engaging! Upon arrival the home was much much more than I could imagine! Home was gorgeous, view was beautiful, location was secluded, and peaceful. Only downfall was T-mobile and Verizon users had no service.

Rented the house for the weekend for my son to propose to his girlfriend and to have a celebratory dinner. The house would have been the perfect option however, my son is a lineman and had to go out of town to work the ice storm in Texas. My husband and I spent the weekend since we were unable to trade our reservation for another weekend. The house is beautiful, very clean, kitchen is well stocked, beds comfortable and easy check in process

Lake front luxury
My whole crew had a great time for a week and loved the house. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and the house is furnished with very comfortable furnishings. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We loved it !
