Awesome pool are and convenient location. Was quick to get to activities in Tampa.

It was fabulous!

A group of us get together every March in St Pete and this house was finally the size and had all the extras we wanted. It was definitely worth the cost of the Ubers! A heated pool, a pool table, and even a card table with poker chips. Our host was right on task anytime a question arose. 7 beds in 5 BRs w/ 2 large full baths with walk-in showers, not tubs. Clean modern laundry facilities and large kitchen and fridge. Thank you again, we will visit again.

We were 3 generations with a 4 month old. We had plenty of room to spread out and the 5 year old really loved the heated pool. We had an issue with some of the GFI outlets but Mark got an electrician out promptly to fix them. It was nice to access to the garage it made loading and unloading very easy. We didn't use the pool or poker tables but the "pool room" made a nice storage area. It was a bit tricky getting out of the driveway with traffic, but hey we were in no rush we were on vacation

If you are planning a short stay, this roomy property is fine especially for big groups, and is centrally located to area attractions. If you are planning an extended stay, as we did, note that the house is not homey. For example, in each bedroom, there is a bed, dresser, TV. Overall, very few pictures or homey touches. Lots of walls had areas of chipped paint and outdated electric outlets eye level. We requested lamps for our bedrooms and the living room, as each room just has one overhead stark light. Also requested two work tables. Most furniture is flimsy and uncomfortable, especially the kitchen chairs and the fold up chairs around the poker table. Two of the four kitchen stools were broken; one of the four kitchen chairs was broken, and several pool lounge chairs were broken and had no cushions. The small size pool table has no ball bounce. The lock on the sliding door to the pool area was broken. We only used the pool a few times as the weather was cold; be careful walking from the home out to the pool deck; several steps to manage and some loose tiles near pool. Mark, the property manager, is responsive and helpful. He quickly ordered us heaters when the heat stopped working in 2/3 of the house. He also had the cable company come out when the internet and streaming failed. The house sits on a very busy high traffic street so turning left out of the driveway was a daily challenge. Beach Park, where the property sits, is a very nice area. If planning a short stay, fine.

Place was great, spacious for 6 adult women. In a high end area, great location, right by a highway, 5 minutes from the airport. Only negative, it's on a busy street but it is a circle drive so you can drive forward into traffic once it does clear. Mark was extremely responsive with the questions we had, would stay again.

We were very happy and pleasantly surprised how nice the house was. It was very spacious and clean with all the amenities. We had an issue with one toilet, and Mark came but was unable to fix it. He sent a plumber who repaired it in no time. Thank you for making our girls trip very enjoyable! We would definitely recommend this house !

7 of us spend two nights here and had a great time. The house was very large and had a great back patio and each bedroom was extremely spacious. The amenities were great as well. Also a good location with great proximity to both downtown Tampa and St. Pete. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Tampa with a group. Thank you!

Great property for large families. Plenty of beds and best of all plenty of space. Close to Publix and restaurants, easy to get to highway. Thank you

It is a wonderful property, extremely close to the airport just south of Kennedy Blvd. The pool, pool table, and poker table made it a perfect house for our stay.

Great CLEAN house with lots of space to spread out! Owner was super responsive.

The overall stay was very good. The house is on a main road (2 lanes) at address. No worries because you are hanging in the back yard and you can't hear traffic. The surrounding neighborhood is great and restaurants and food shopping close by. The highway is about 2 miles down the road, perfect for traveling to attractions. The house is clean, open floor plan for living room and dining same for the kitchen and 2nd eating area. The 3 adult bedrooms are spacious. The other two bedrooms are comfortable with twin beds in both. The yard was a great hang out area for friends and family. Plenty of lounge chairs to hang by the pool. The owner of the property was a gentleman and kept in touch when needed for any questions. My only complaints were the grill that does not work, would have loved to have a BBQ and the 4pm check in. 4pm check in you lose a whole day but pay for the night and you have to leave by 10am on check out. I would recommend this place to anyone and would recommend 10am check in to owner. Great place, great stay!!!!

We were mainly attracted to the pool in the listing- and it was very nice in person. We could have used the heater but elected not to, and the kids still enjoyed it every day. The house was very spacious and clean, with nice furniture and comforts of home, with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Seamless check in, and located within a five min drive of the expressway or a nice Publix grocery store. Some of the homes in the neighborhood were simply gorgeous. (This one looks much better from the inside). The host, Mark, seemed like a very nice guy- friendly and accessible via text or phone. Only blip was a clogged kitchen sink. Didn’t ruin our stay but a little annoying. The host was very responsive and addressed it tight away. Thank you!

This house was very spacious. The house came equipped with beach towels, toys, and an umbrella. The pool and patio area was great and you have lots of privacy. it was close to the highway, it is about 7 minutes to the nearest beach and about 40 minutes to clearwater. We did have to buy propane and then the grill quit. But overall a great property and location.

Place clean, well laid out, lots of room for large family. Heated pool was well worth the extra money and the lights in it at night time made for some amazing evening swims. Place needed a number of little things attended to (trash removal, dishwasher, non working outlets in 2 rooms). Other than that it was a great stay!

House was nice for the price and located convenienty to everywhere. I would only recommend improving on the quality of the bed comforters and pillows

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our extended family who gathered for the President's Day long weekend. Pros: close to airport and South Tampa shopping centers and beaches; large bedrooms; nice bathrooms; heated screened in pool and large patio; fenced in yard for kids; spacious indoor space for family activities; modern, well stocked kitchen; ample parking. Cons: pool had a little algae; living room and dining room lighting could be better. Would stay there again though!

Mark was great to work with and answered all questions very timely! The house was gorgeous, very spacious and had everything we needed!!! The beds were heavenly and all the extras made our stay awesome!! Game for a football game and this was a wonderful location to the stadium. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Great properly with plenty of things to due. Love the heated pool in December. Plenty of comfortable beds and towels. Kitchen could use a few more mixing bowls and serving spoons. Had an awesome time and woods return

Other than the grill, it was a good time. Would have liked to been paid back for the replacement of propane for the grill by the pool.

Weather you want to stay in and relax or pregame before a football game, this house is perfect for everyone.

The property landscaping leaves a lot to be desired. It would be great to address the outside and awnings, etc. The pool was not as clean as it should have been, so even though we paid for it to be heated, we opted not to see it. The host did response quickly

We did notice some ants in the kitchen counter area.

We were in for buccaneers game and the house was perfect for the 7 of us. Great space and the pool was a hit with the kids. Close to everything, including airport and Raymond James Stadium.

Area is very nice with a whole foods, trader joes, Publix within a few miles. Mall very close as well. House was immaculate with very nice kitchen and bathroom. Took about 40 min to get to any beaches w traffic. Would def stay again!
